Looking for bike-in, bike-out accommodations? Huntley House in Bella Vista is the spot! This cozy 3bd / 2ba home sleeps 8 & offers the perfect retreat for outdoor enthusiasts. With a mountain bike flow trail leading directly from the front door to the exhilarating Huntley Gravity Zone, adventure is just steps away. This home is pet-friendly with an 8ft tall fully fenced-in backyard. After a day of thrills, relax in the screened-in porch area or get to grilling on the BBQ on the outdoor deck.



The Space:

Living room: With a vaulted ceiling, skylights, and a smart TV, this is the perfect room for relaxing during your stay. If you're a biker, you'll enjoy the biker-themed decor and trails maps found in this room as well as others.



Kitchen / Dining Room: Explore your love of cooking in a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats 4. Appliances include a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. All cabinets and drawers are labeled for your convenience to help you move around the kitchen easily.



Bedroom 1: The first bedroom features a King-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom.



Bedroom 2: The home also includes a room with a Queen-sized bed.



Bedroom 3: The last bedroom features a Double on Double bunk bed perfect for extra guests.



Please note that the garage will be locked and not available for use during your stay,



Outdoors: Step out to the screened in porch or back deck with freshly brewed coffee and enjoy comfortable outdoor seating as you soak in the morning. We've equipped our outdoor space for open-air dining, furnished with a convenient gas grill. We welcome your furry friends, who will enjoy running around in the fully fenced-in backyard all day. A bike wash station is also located in front of the home for making sure your ride is clean after a day on the trails.

Great location, communication, and accommodating property! Love the hospitality towards pets- much needed, and much appreciated, since we rented for three nights as we closed on a home. Trail on the side of the property was handy, too!

The location is great to get anywhere you want to go in Belle Vista. We are not big bikers, so being right next door to the bike trails was not a big draw for us, but our kids would have loved it. Maybe back in the future for more golfing.

The home was nice and as represented. We did have two issues:The owner keeps his vehicle in the garage so it is not available to use. We had our bicycles with us and had planned on placing them in the garage to prep for the weekend race. That was not disclosed until the check in email was sent.The check in email did not send for some technical reason explained by the hosting organization. I had to reach out and request the information (about an hour after check in time). They were immediately responsive and we no problems after that. But since they don't get you the key code until 10 minutes prior to check in (according to the site) this doesn't allow you to plan ahead and then when a glitch happens, it creates a bit more of a panic.I would suggest giving the renter that information earlier so they can plan better.

This property was the worst! I arrived around midnight to a dark house, the porch light was not working. When I opened the front door, the smell of old musty basement hit me in the face. The kitchen was gross, and dirty, there were cobwebs in the cabinets, and something splattered all over the front of them. The air filters were filthy, and the smoke detectors were expired and not working. The old flimsy blinds in the master bedroom were broken. The beds all had flannel sheets, for summer. I could say more, but I’ll leave it. I reached out to the host, no response,(until the next morning). I quickly found another property, and left this property, The next morning the host offered to have someone come and address, “some” of my concerns. I told her I didn’t feel safe, and the smell triggered my asthma. I asked for a refund of at least some of my stay. The host refused, and told me to take it up with VRBO. I spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO, with a promise of a full refund, after I shared my photos. They then came back and said I would have to get it from the host. My honest opinion, this home is grossly misleading, the host was rude, and VRBO lied to me, and never refunded anything.

Mountain Bike Heaven

We enjoyed a 2 week stay at the Huntley Hiuse in Bella Vista AR. The Huntley House was our base for mountain biking on the Little Sugar, Back 40 and Slaughter Pen trails. We also enjoyed a trip to Hobbs SP and Devils Den SP for riding.The house was well equipped, clean and in a safe neighborhood. We would stay there again.

The property did welcome our pet. The yard was fenced. However, the home is in need of maintenance. The first night we were there it rained and in the morning I noticed standing water on the window sill in the kitchen above the sink. Later that day we had the Grandkids over for a BBQ on the back deck. Half way through the cook we ran out of propane and had to finish in the broiler. The blind in the master bedroom has to be replaced. On one side of the french door, it is installed backwards and is damaged. The shower door in the master bath fell off. I did contact the management company and they sent a maintenance guy out for my issues. The company and the maintenance guy were great. Fixed the immediate problems I had fast. This place has much potential. If it was mine to rent, I would attend to some issues (some I haven't noted) before I would advertise.

The property inside and out was meticulously maintained. Lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses and cooking items. Kitchen area gets an A! Backyard has a very well maintained fence. Very secure. Dog had room to roam. Nice backyard deck with seating and a grill. Property is next to a busier road but it's such a peaceful area, we barely noticed. Ample parking. **Management went above and beyond to help us out during a very emotional family time - 20 out of 20 stars - EXCELLENT!!!**

Biker Comfort

Huntley House provided just the right amount of comfort after a day of riding. Garage is set up as a bike shop with all the necessary tools for repairs. Open kitchen and living area for socializing with private deck and back yard for apres rides. Beds were clean and comfortable! Can be on the trails within a few minute ride.

Overall a good stay, but there were some small issues that made a difference for us. The Good:-great location -fully fenced in backyard for small dogs and even had dog bowls if we needed-easy check-in great layout for 2 couples-fully equipped kitchen that we used-great parking for 2 cars-comfortable seating for 4 adults-clean, comfortable beds-grill was clean & we used it to grill burgers-clean side tables in bedrooms and good lights The Not-So Good:-In general as the previous reviewer stated, the house feels run-down. -communications from management company was good in frequency, but kept changing with added pet fee that wasn’t posted in the listing(they said they fixed it after charging us) and the time where we would get the check in information went from one week to 48 hrs to exactly or check in time so that’s frustrating.-we sneezed ALOT when we first got there. Was quite dusty for the air conditioning and fans running-the walls and floors need a good deep cleaning. Walls: dinged up & tons of old nail holes, doors need scrubbed from dirty finger prints and tile floors were dirty in several places like they swept quickly but not thoroughly -both showers were SLIPPERY & no mats to help-white towels were dingy in bathrooms-there were small hairs on the bathroom storage closet doors??-loved the screened in porch but cushions were quite dusty-the backyard was mostly dirt. It rained our last day so it wasn’t a huge issue but could see it being one

Comfortable nights sleep

This is an older home where the important components have been updated. The beds and bedding are really comfortable. It sleeps 6 unless the kids want to share a double on each bunkbed. New washer, dryer, fridge with ice and water dispenser. Comfortable living room to spend time in. The garage is a great feature if you come for Vikings

Very nice property that met all our needs. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, and everything else needed for a family to dine in. The back yard was secure for our animals, even our little escape artist.

Previous reviews should be taken into consideration when deciding if the Huntly house is for you. As with previous reviews the kitchen and master bath need to be updated, regular maintenance needs to be done, and a deep cleaning is needed. Other than mixed up days regarding lawn maintenance and garbage pickup the host was responsive and helpful.
