Rare Ground floor Breakers West Condo! A1 is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on beautiful Sanibel Island. Breakers West Unit A-1 has a private patio just steps to the pool or to beautiful Sanibel beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

A1 is a gorgeously appointed island rental in Breakers West which is comprised of only 18 unites. This ground floor unit offers new flooring, new appliances, and coastal furnishings. There is plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked and has an open floorplan to the dining room and living room. The living room has a large, comfortable couch and a large smart tv. The master has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a large walk in closet. The guest room has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a smart tv. A laundry room with a full washer and dryer is located within the unit.

Sanibel Island beach has world-class shelling, and amazing sunsets. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking and shopping are all nearby. There are bike paths all over the island where guests can enjoy biking, running, and walking.

Relax in privacy on your lanai and then stroll to the beach or private pool. The Gulf beach is only a two minute walk down the Breakers West private beach access path, and the pool is only a few feet away from the lanai.

Included are Starter amounts of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, - longer stays might necessitate guests to purchase additional quantity.

There are four back-pack style beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Guests also have access to barbecue grills, and rooftop deck.

There is one passenger vehicle parking space on site that is designated for your use. No trailer, RV, or second vehicle parking space is available. No smoking allowed indoors, on our patio, or anywhere except in the property's designated smoking area. Contact free check-in.

This was an outstanding condo. Lived up to its description and was immaculately clean. Well stocked with dishes, glasses etc. Also well supplied with beach chairs and noodles. It was just a quick walk down a path to the Gulf and the pool was literally just outside of the screened in patio. Would most definitely stay here again.

This was really nice place to stay for our family of 5, including 3 children. Everything has just been redone and we enjoyed our stay. Note that this unit overlooks the road, as accurately listed in online description. It is a very short, nice walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Sanibel recovering

Very nice unit. Completely renovated and like new. All the amenities are included. Great island for biking. Saw BOTH sunrise and sunset from the same location on the property beach. Only downside was that the unit is close to the road and there was a great deal of construction traffic going up and down the road all day-

It was amazing!

Walked in and just said "Wow". It was clean, kitchen was gorgeous and spacious. I loved having the large closet in the master. The view wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either, you could see if anyone was in the pool which was nice. A lot of the island is still under construction from the hurricane, which was sad to see, but made it much less crowded, which I loved. We did a lot of biking. It was the perfect location for our Florida vacation. Thank you for providing us the amazing place to stay.

Simply Wonderful

This was our first time visiting Sanibel Island and while the island itself is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, this unit was completely re-done and just fabulous. It was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to enjoy a few days of R&R, with beach access right there. The shells at Sanibel are out of this world, everything we heard about and then some. We went to a few beaches on the island, and honestly the one right in front of the unit was our favorite spot to relax at! There is a parking right in front of the unit and the beach is a quick walk down a pathway. We loved the easy access to everything! Highly recommend renting bikes - they drop off and pick up from the condo with Bike racks right out front. The owner is super responsive and the whole experience was turn-key. 10 Stars -we will be back!

Amazing Experience on Sanibel

From the booking Betsy was great about communicating. The condo was fantastic and beautifully decorated. They had anything you’d would need. She gave us some fantastic dinner recommendations and we loved them all, Green Flash, Doc Fords and Timbers. We ate at each multiple times!! The condo was located in a great place, with a 30 second walk to the beach, which was not crowded and had great shelling. It was also only about 10 minutes drive to Blind Pass Beach and Bowman’s Beach, both with great shelling. We can’t post without mentioning Congress Jewelers. They have been in business for 40 years and have trademarked “Birth Shells”. The make them in Sterling silver or gold and they are beautiful. We have definitely made Sanibel our go to beach vacation place forever and will look to stay with them every time if possible!

Peaceful & serene Sanibel stay

We had a lovely relaxing getaway staying at this property. Everything was clean and decorated tastefully. The furniture was new, sturdy and very comfortable for a family of four adults. We appreciated the simple touches of starter soaps, detergents, paper towels etc. Being a two minute walk to the beach was awesome. We loved the screened in porch to sort out our shells and treasures and having the basket in the laundry room to keep our shelling tools and shoes handy. One side note: the WiFi username was not correct on the welcome info packet & in the VRBO details. We guessed it correctly though from the list that came up in our phones and used the password given & then we were able to get in, We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

3 Night Get Away

My two sister in laws and I wanted a long weekend to explore Sanibel Island and enjoy each other. We lucked out with our choice of property. It was everything we could hope for. A beautiful, well equipped condo, with tasteful, beachy decor, excellent comfort of beds and furniture. Pool noodles, beach chairs, and beach towels were a bonus. The owners thought of absolutely everything! The space is exactly as shown and described. The beach is a two minute walk and the pool was well maintained and a few steps from the unit. A great weekend of rest and relaxation. Every restaurant we went to provided delicious cuisine and friendly service. The only drawback is that we should have stayed longer! Excellent location and responsive hosts. The condo had inadvertently not been cleaned before our arrival but the host immediately took care of the situation and refunded a portion of the cost. The housekeeping team arrived quickly and thoroughly cleaned the entire unit. I went to go shelling and this was an excellent location. I highly recommend it especially if you need a 2 bedroom unit.

Very comfortable, incredibly well appointed, this unit was just perfect for our getaway. So close to the Gulf with gorgeous white sand, plentiful shelling. We had towels and chairs and everything we needed to cook at home. I especially appreciated the quality linens and clean and new bathrooms. Zero complaints about BWA1!!
