Wonderful customer service

  • 5 of 5

The property was secluded and in a woody area, which was really nice. It was clean and orderly when we arrived. It is in a great location- roughly 25 minutes to Yellowstone National Park. The customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I am very appreciative of their help during my stay.

Great time had by all.

  • 4 of 5

The cabin was very nice. The fire pit was wonderful and the hot tub felt soothing after a day of hiking, horseback riding, and kayaking. However, the microwave does not work, we could not get any of the TV's in the bedrooms to work, and we could not figure out or find instructions for running the fireplace.

Very cute and clean

  • 3 of 5

We rented the Bear Creek Inn for 3 nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park.

Pros: The Bear Creek Inn was very creatively decorated and clean. The hot tub was very nice to have, the beds were very comfortable, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. They had some very cute toys for children.

Cons: There wasn't a table for eating - only bar chairs. This was actually fine for eating but we like to play games and cards and there wasn't a good place to do this. Also, it is a long way to Yellowstone, approximately 45 minutes. That doesn't sound bad, but then it is another 45 minutes once you enter the park to get to any of the sites, so it made for a very long day of driving. Finally, it appeared that this area will eventually be a very nice group destination, however, it is definitely in the beginning stages of building the group areas (volleyball court, fire pit, etc.). If you are going for fishing and snow mobiling, this place would be very nice and convenient. I would not recommend it for touring Yellowstone.

Great rustic cabin for family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Our family loved our stay at Bear Creek Cabin. It was completely furnished with everything you can think of. It was clean, up to date and beautiful!!! It is in a perfect location and easy to find. The hot tub was an added bonus! The only thing we wish for was more snow! Maybe next year when we book again!

Charming Cabin with lots of attention to detail! So So pleased!

  • 5 of 5

My family stayed in this charming Cabin for 2 nights. So very cute and large - everyone had tons of room to spread out. Lots of room to play games, but then hop right into the Hot tub. We had a late check in due to travel issues, but they "left the lights on for us" literally and had the heater on ready for us so we could walk right into a warm cozy house! Had the basics like salt/pepper/oil so I didn't have to waste my money on those items that I just needed a "pinch" of. Strong internet - TV in each room so we couldn't decide which movie to watch, we just watched both in different rooms! Very clean - LOVED the washer dryer (and soap!) so we could just throw the close in after a day of ATV riding. All in all couldn't be happier with our stay. THANKS!
