Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Ocean City. This fabulous property is three blocks from the Ocean and boardwalk -- a 4-minute walk! This 3-bedroom Condo can easily sleep 8 guests (2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bedroom with full and single bunk bed and an additional queen size pullout couch). Two full bathrooms with bathtubs including one with oversized two-person jetted bathtub. Master bedroom and living room have balcony view of beautiful sunset over the bay! The kitchen features cooking and serving dishes, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, electric stove and oven. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, keep your clothes fresh with the washing machine, and stay in shape at the fitness room and roof top pool. The property has two covered and reserved parking spots in the garage. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo!

We had a nice stay at the property. The host is very friendly and easy to work with. The property is near the beach and the board walk. Super convenient! The house is spacious and clean. It will be comfortable for a party of 6-7 people. Highly recommended!

I would definitely stay here again! The unit was spacious and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, 3 large bedrooms. We especially liked the rooftop pool- which we visited a couple of times. Easy location just two blocks from the boardwalk...in the footpath of a Starbucks! lol Also two convenient parking spaces. If other units are filled and they are using their balcony you might hear them- of course, but we had no issues with loud noise during our stay. Enjoyed sitting on the small balcony and watching the bay.

If you're looking for proximity to the boardwalk with a quiet place to recharge during the day and night this is your place. Pros: Secluded location in the bay but close enough to walk to the boardwalk. 3 minutes unless you get caught at the traffic light. Condo feels spacious for 3 bedrooms. Kitchen items for cooking. Fully stocked storage unit for beach day. Rooftop pool and views were awesome during lunar eclipse. Very responsive host. Privacy, comfort, and safe area to walk at night. Cons: Master bedroom bed is on wheels and has a tendency to move around while sleeping. Main patio door needs some TLC with wd-40, suggest bringing extra dish pods for dishwasher unless you want to spend more at the CVS across the street. Left a few for the next guests. Ice machine was broken. Rooftop pool tiles need to be replaced.Overall my family loved the condo and would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Ocean City.

Wonderful rental

The Best!

My family and I loved the condo as it was clean, spacious, and quiet! It was only 2 blocks from the boardwalk and parking at the condo was so convenient. The views were serene and the pool was never crowded.

What a beautiful condo in a perfect location! Mara is an amazing host and provided us with all of the necessary check-in and check-out information upfront. Do not skip out on this place! We have been staying in OCMD for years and this is one of the largest/roomiest condos we have ever stayed at.

We had such a great stay Mara's. Her condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was great and within walking distance of the boardwalk. Mara was very attentive and responded so quickly to my messages. We would definitely rent her space again.

Great property!

We came down to Ocean City for 4th of July weekend and we are so glad we stayed at this property. Super clean, perfect location (a couple of blocks away from the beach and boardwalk), awesome relaxing pool on the roof and most of all a great host who was in constant and quick communication with us and did all she can to always accommodate us. Will definitely return!

Family Reunion

It was the perfect location for a reunion! The young cousins had not seen one another in 5 years! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. And the rooftop pool was the best! The condo was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We would definitely consider renting there again.

This place was absolutely amazing, very spacious and well maintained! The layout is great, even with a family of 7, we didn't feel like we were in each other's way. The view of the bay, from the balcony, is definitely a nice addition. We definitely enjoyed the roof pool too. We loved the short walk to the beach/boardwalk and there is a great restaurant less than a block away. The host was an absolute gem, she was easy to reach and communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and convenient location

Making contact with the owner was very easy, checking in was simple. The pictures really don't show how beautiful this condo is! It's very spacious and a perfect layout. Easy walk to the beach. My family and I had a fabulous time!

Very nice condo in Ocean City

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. The property is comfortable, relaxing, and well maintained with everything you possibly can need. It is spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone. The boardwalk and ocean are just a short walk away, and we also loved enjoying the beautiful bay view. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us!

Clean, convenient, great communication and fun!!

The owner was fabulous, made for a great start to a very cute condo in a great location. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk, but the rooftop pool was our favorite, tied with having a nice drink on the balcony with the kids asleep. Everything was exactly as described and was stocked nicely with convenient items for your stay. Would 100% recommend friends to stay here and would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a great time. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was was amazing. Spacious enough for all of us. The boys had a great time. Every time we left out the would asked are we going to our new house. When it was finally time to leave for good, the youngest one stayed and I quote, “ I don’t won’t to go back to our old house”. We are already looking forward to next year.

From the moment I booked this Condo, Mara is absolutely amazing! I scheduled this last year shortly after my mother passed away since we could not do our annual vacation with my daughter grandson and I. The photos do not do justice to this amazing space that you will share with your family. During our visit, she checked in on us to see that everything was OK, but not to the point where interrupted your vacation.. She was also very accommodating and allowing us to bring our pet. The beds are absolutely wonderful! I had a perfect night sleep every single night. The beach is only a short block and a half walk and it was never crowded and we stayed there Fourth of July week.My favorite room in the house was the kitchen as I am a chef and she had everything you needed to cook, breakfast dinner, and lunch. The space is spread out so that you and your family have enough to go into their own rooms and chill out or gather in the living room to watch a movie. The Neighborhood is quiet and you have wonderful views of the Marina.The rooftop pool was never crowded and we spent many evenings, enjoying swimming and playing without a lot of crowds.The location is perfect, especially if you have a child and is very convenient and getting to the boardwalk.We are already planning our trip for next year! Trust me, you will not be disappointed with the accommodations for the host! I would give 10 stars if it allowed me to rate it that high!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this beautiful condo during the week leading up to July 4th and had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. Because the location is not directly on the strip it was relatively peaceful during the week. The kids took advantage of the rooftop pool and we were able to walk to many places including mini golf, the boardwalk, ice cream shops and the CVS that is conveniently located right next to it. Mara the owner checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything which we appreciated. Our only issue was that the night before the 4th of July a group of young adults moved in and started blasting their music at 2:30 am and talking loudly on their balcony. They did turn it down after about 30 min when another neighbor asked them too or the cops would be called. Since this happened the last night we were there, we chalked it up to the July 4th craziness of Ocean City. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay there again.

Mara’s condo was impeccably maintained and perfect for my family gathering which included my children, their significant others, and my granddaughter. We comfortably fit 6 adults and a child without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location was perfect- close to the beach, boardwalk, and other attractions- so everyone had something to do close by. Great restaurants bay side as well. The rooftop pool was perfect for taking a dip, especially after returning from a long day at the beach. Finally, Mara was in communication with us and made every effort to make our experience the best. We couldn’t have been happier and would love to return in the future!

This property is at an excellent location and has lovely balconies with views overlooking the bay. It feels private but is only a block from beach access and close to many restaurants and activities. The condo is spacious and clean. We had plenty of room for a family of 5. The kitchen has modern appliances and countertops. It has basic necessities for cooking and eating meals. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and comfortable beds. Towels are provided but note there is only one set per person. If you prefer to have additional towels you will need to bring some or plan to wash them. The rooftop pool is a nice plus - nothing fancy but plenty of lounge chairs and nice views over the bay. Mara is a very considerate and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We visited Ocean City for a National Dance Competition for our daughter. What a beautiful condo! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, kitchen, roomy living room, dining room and just a couple blocks from the beach, we absolutely loved it! Throw on top of that the wonderful accommodating Host Mara, this truly was one of our favorite vacations we have had! The only downfall was that we only stayed 4 nights, we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Mara for everything!
