This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the third floor offers views of the garden. Recently updated with new kitchen, bathroom and appliances. Bonita Bay offers a shuttle to and from Bonita Bay's private beach area (summer 2024, beach area closed for repair). This private beach area offers complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas, restrooms, concession area and more! Wild Pines offers a community pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Bonita Bay community offers complimentary canoes rentals, fishing piers, tennis and bocce ball courts!
