"Manatee Suites" Funky Fish House is an exclusive yachting community in Cape Harbour.
“Manatee Suites” offers a five-level design, perfect for a couple or a single person. This suite offers a full kitchen, a king-sized bed, a living room, a full bathroom, and a private laundry room. A private balcony overlooks the water and faces west for beautiful sunsets.
Common Elevator and Level One is a common area we call "Sea Level Lounge."
Walking distance to restaurants/bars, a coffee shop, retail shops, 2 swimming pools, a gym, and 2 tennis courts. Fishing charters, bike, boat, and kayak rentals available in Cape Harbour. All of this is within Cape Harbour Development.
An entire private suite and balcony are included in this rental.
Common areas with 2 other suites include the stairway, elevator, sea level lounge (a large gathering room on the dock level with games and bar), and the Dock with a Tiki Hut and BBQ Grill.
We live in the Cape Harbour development, so that gives us the opportunity to quickly take care of any issues or needs you may have, so you can call or text either of us at any time.
Our level of interaction is completely up to you.
You are able to self-check in upon arrival.

Gorgeous Wide Open View! Amazing sunsets. Such a cute place. So relaxing and fun to watch all the boats on the canal from the deck and also on the private dock. Great Vibes. Perfect unit for two people, surprisingly roomy. Very Well equipped, quiet and nicely decorated with comfortable bed. Walkable area very close to restaurants/French Press Coffee and Rum Runners. Hosts were great. Easy access to elevator which was great with luggage, never had to use stairs. Parking was a very quick walk to open lot. Easy drive to restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend for party of two and also recommend booking all 3 units for family or group. Excellent accommodations, loved all the decorating touches to make it fun and beautiful.
So nice to start and end the day with amazing view.

We loved the location of the condo. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shops! The owners had everything stocked and thought of the small things. The view was amazing and beautiful. It was very clean. My only complaint are the pools are not on site. You have to drive to them or take along walk. There was no communication of where the pools were located or how to access them. I had to send a couple messages through VRBO and we made a couple phone calls. Finally we received a response and they said the key is hanging on the garbage can along with the address of the pool. This information would have been helpful to have written instructions left on the counter or somewhere in visual sight. Great place to stay! There are elevators to use so you can bring your luggage in.

Walking in sunshine

You walk into a room filled with beautiful light and feel immediately happy. The elevator made it so easy to bring in your luggage. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts had water in the refrigerator and you had a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate waiting by the Keurig. They thought of everything to make you feel at home. The view and sunsets from the balcony were lovely. The location was just a stroll to cute shops, coffee, gelato, a relaxing drink and 2 very good restaurants. Perfect!
