Vistas panorámicas desde las tres habitaciones de la tercera planta. Cada dormitorio cuenta con una puerta corredera a la cubierta frontal. El dormitorio principal tiene que posee baño completo. baño completo situado en el mismo piso para los otros 2 dormitorios. Televisor de pantalla plana en cada habitación e Internet inalámbrico. El segundo piso tiene una cocina completa, con 14 pies de techo abovedado de con claraboyas y ventiladores de techo. La cocina también tiene un lavavajillas, microondas, y horno de convección. El primer piso tiene una sala de estar y un baño completo. La casa de pueblo cuenta con dos cubiertas, la cubierta delantera cuenta con panorámicas vistas frente al mar, y la espalda cubierta con comedor, muestra vistas de la puesta de sol sobre la bahía.

Esta hermosa casa decorada es sólo un corto paseo a la madera, atracciones, restaurantes y bares. Hay 2 plazas de aparcamiento, con un montón de aparcamiento gratuito en la calle y 4 tarjetas de playa.

Nice location with a great view.

We vacationed here with family that included adults, a teen, children, and an infant. The condo was very spacious and clean. From the balcony there was a view that overlooked the ocean. Our family was able to sit out and relax. Overall everyone had a great time, and we would like to thank you for sharing this house. Bimble Family

Great place right across from the beach

Easy to find great location. Well equipped home with beach chairs and other beach supplies. Saw dolphins and a whale from the balconies plus amazing sunrises every morning. Will definitely come back again.

This spacious ocean front condo, is clean & beautifully decorated, with gorgeous panaramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located within walking distance to the boardwalk, and adjacent to the L Street Beach Entrance in desirable Seaside Park, NJ. Great rental for a great price. The owners are very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental property.

Great Beach House!

This was our second year staying at the house for our Seaside vacation. This year we had our daughter with us for her first trip to the beach! The location couldn't be better. The house is always clean and well maintained. View from the bedrooms is always awesome and the owners are always so easy to get a hold of if you need anything! Definitely cannot beat the location!!

Spectacular Sunrise, Stunning Sunsets

This fabulous Townhome was just as nice as we thought it would be. Clean and ready for us when we arrived from Indiana. All 3 bedroom are connected to a deck that makes for easy access to the Spectacular Ocean sunrises each day and the top back patio provided many a night of catching up on the day and stunning sunsets. We had one small problem of a leaking outside hose and the owners acted quickly after my one phone call. They had it fixed and ready to go within three hours! Excellent response time! The housing has easy access to the L beach, just across the street. The boardwalk was an easy walk and on nights of fireworks on the beach, we could see from the front deck. Overall a great place to make lasting family memories.

Absolutely perfect family beach vacation!

We had an absolutely fantastic family beach vacation. The house was perfect. The balcony and kitchen had great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped for a family that cooks alot rather than dining out all the time. The kids had plenty of space to play together. Access to the beach was very easy and beach badges were a bonus! The boardwalk is within easy walking distance and the fireworks display was visible from our beach. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year. We are already planning the dates!

Great location!

We had a very positive experience. Patti is wonderful to deal with and extremely responsive. A lot of care went into the house and it was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. We enjoyed the oceanfront balcony which each bedroom could access and then the small patio off the master in the back of the house which had a table and chairs and was a great way to start each morning. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Seaside Heights boardwalk or a short car ride or bike ride to Island Beach State Park. You cannot beat the location. We were able to park two of our cars in the driveway and another car on a side street. Patti provided clear details in advance about recycling, trash removal, etc. and we had no issues. All in all a great week. I have only positive things to say!

Impeccable condo with front-row view of the ocean!

This well decorated, super clean condo is perfection! We stayed for a long weekend and needed nothing but our bathing suits. The place is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to enjoy the beach. Patty is very accommodating and makes you feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean ... a must in my book. You have your own parking spot and you don't even need to use your car because many amenities are within walking distance. Seaside Park is a family friendly town with many good restaurants to enjoy. The Atlantic Ocean can been seen from the balconies...just perfect to sit and enjoy a cocktail as you watch the surfers and kids play on the beach. There is a clean kitchen with a large table and also an outside grill if you enjoy cooking at home. I will be returning to this gem on the ocean. Don't hesitate to enjoy this impeccable condo.

Impeccable condo w/ a front-row view of the ocean!

We stayed at Patty's condo for the weekend and it was just perfect. Your view from the upper level bedrooms is the Atlantic Ocean! This condo is literally step away from the beach of Seaside Park, which is a beautiful family beach town within walking distance to all the excitement yet far enough away if you want to enjoy a peaceful drink on the balconies or watch the surfers and kids play on the beach. The interior is spotless with all the amenities you would need for a stay at the beach. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are very clean. A must in my book. I will definitely be returning to this condo. It's a winner! Rebecca L.

Perfect beach getaway!

Beautiful home in a fabulous location.... a clean and quiet neighborhood, only steps from the beach and just a short walk to the boardwalk! The home is well maintained, clean and comfortable and the views are breathtaking! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Best Rental at the Jersey Shore

I can't say enough about this rental. First of all, location, location, location!!! We parked our car when we arrived and did not need it at all. The beach is just steps away, and so is the boardwalk. The balcony from each room had an ocean front view! This house had it all!!! Well decorated, beds were all really comfortable and the owners were on top of things, they were great hosts from the minute we got there. Very organized and really clean. We rent at the shore every year but this was by far the best place!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this very clean, extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, oceanfront townhouse in prestigious Seaside Park, NJ. We woke up every morning from a comfortable nights sleep, to a panoramic view of the ocean from the front deck, and a spectacular sunrise. The owner's, Patti & Carlos, are extremely nice and very accommodating. We plan on returning again next year. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a family vacation at the beach and boardwalk.

Perfect summer rental at the Jersey Shore!

Stayed a week in this amazing townhouse. Spectacular view every morning of the ocean. Very clean and decor is updated and very "beachy". Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. If you love the Jersey shore, I would highly recommend this place. Definitely will be a repeat customer!!!

Clean, nice location

It was a great location for everything. The only thing that my family complained about were the beds, very uncomfortable. Also, a lot of steps for me because I have bad knees. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there. Very convenient for spending time on the beach and the guys did some surf fishing right across the street. Thank you again for allowing us to spend our vacation at your rental.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

From the initial request for info up until we left I couldn't have been more happy with our stay here! Patricia was so nice from the beginning, giving me information about the property to booking and very responsive with any questions we had. Once we got to the house it was definitely not a disappointment. You can't beat the location of being right across from the beach (the view is amazing!) and right next to a beach entrance. The house also comes with some badges which was wonderful along with wifi and central air. The house was clean and roomy. We were traveling with our family so having 3 floors was definitely nice to be able to have our separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. The kitchen/dining area is a good size and seems even bigger since it's a loft type roof going up to the bedrooms then. Would definitely recommend this property and we know we'll be keeping it in mind for future beach trips with our family!

Extremely satisfied

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated oceanfront townhouse. The panoramic views of the ocean from the front were spectacular! The rooms were very spacious and decorated beautifully with all the amenities. The townhouse is located directed across the street from "L" Street beach in Seaside Park and within walking distance to the boardwalk and local restaurants. We highly recommend this townhouse and look forward to staying there again in the coming years.
