Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. You probably won't be home much, but when you are...Full kitchen, huge backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and a great table for working remotely.
The Space:
Our home features a full kitchen, living area with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a peaceful front and back yard. The primary bedroom features a brand new ensuite bathroom. The back two bedrooms share a full bathroom and each have Smart TV's. Professionally designed and remodeled, everything from the furniture to the linens were carefully chosen to ensure a 5-Star Stay and maximize comfort, aesthetic, and functionality!

Keypad on the front door. The whole property is yours to enjoy!
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of old and new homes, nestled in a diverse part of downtown. Here, you can find commercial and residential areas all together in the same vicinity. The people here are very friendly; you often see neighbors talking to each other on their porches or out on a walk. There are trails nearby leading to the river, parks, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops for everyone to explore downtown. It's a great place for residents to come together and make the most of living in such an exciting part of town!
Getting Around:
Car is recommended but UBER and Lyft work too. Very walkable to the square!
Other Things to Note:
We have had multiple guests bring kids and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom.
Interaction with Guests:
We live near downtown Georgetown, and are downtown a lot for work/social/fun. If you run into any issues, just let us know and we will get it taken care of. We very much care about your experience and want to make sure your stay is great!

The property is in wonderful shape. The accommodations are really awesome; comfortable beds, great appliances, clean rooms, clean kitchen, and a TV in nearly every room. A dream for those who love pastel pink! Very clean. Accurate description of the property on VRBO.Airyn, the host, was wonderful! Very helpful, patient, kind, and accommodating. Definitely would recommend The Palm on 6th to everyone!

Everything at the house was perfect. The house is good sized and has everything you need for a great stay. The owner was excellent at communication. The location is close to everything you may need in Georgetown.

Great girls' getaway
We really enjoyed our time at this property -- comfy and convenient, with a great balance of both common space and privacy, all in a great location!
We appreciated the well-lit and very easy entry/lock system!
We had a number of random questions during our visit, and the hosts were quick with helpful responses.
The house was very clean and well-equipped.

It was a last minute booking so I didn’t have time to waste and I was fortunate that it worked out wonderful! We booked for 5 but only 2 of us stayed being family stepped in to help. We all had lunch there one day and there was plenty of room. I wish we had more time being it was walking distance to downtown and river trail…I’d return!

Fantastic!
We stayed here for a weekend away from Houston, and we absolutely loved it! The house was amazingly decorated and incredibly clean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It would definitely be walkable to the square and trails in the cooler months!

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. What really stood out to us was how helpful and responsive both the owner and the property management company, AirInn, were throughout the entire process.From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and easy. When we had a couple of questions, they were quick to respond and genuinely kind in their communication. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-managed rental. Thank you again for the great hospitality!

Loved this little house and would definitely stay here again! Pros:Truly pet friendly with a nice little fenced yard.Well set up and maintained, good appliances and lots of nice little touches - i.e. Shampoo/Conditioner in showers, coffee pods and creamer with the Keurig, Detergent/Dryer sheets in the bathroom.Relatively easy check-in, though you have to pay using Guesty which I find hard to use.Kept the green/pink theme throughout so felt like a home. VERY clean, but did have ants out back-a true Texas curse (our pup was NOT impressed).Kitchen chairs are very comfortable. Cons:Perfect for 2 or 4 guests, but 6 would be TIGHT fit.Showers/tub floors are very slippery and NOT ADA friendly, I went and bought a bathmat to use so we had no issues. Lighting in master bathroom is very dim, we used the guest bathroom as the lighting was much brighter.Living room couch is very uncomfortable and feels kind of flimsy, we didn't use it because it just felt shaky. The master ceiling fan kept randomly turning the light on at 4 in the morning so we just kept the wall switch off, but the fans and lights were very nice!! Came in for a funeral and it was nice to have a place to crash/get away. Overall, would definitely stay again and will be back next year. Cute place!!!

This is the second time I stayed here. Everything was great. The master bedroom bed was awesome! I will most definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.
