Island Blues Charming Home!
Welcome to our tranquil Island Blues home with beautiful canal views and direct access to the gulf! Kick back, relax, and soak in the stunning sunset views!
Located in St. James City within Pine Island, this beautifully renovated home, offers a spacious open concept style with two bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: Bunk beds with 1 queen and top bunk Full) and two bathrooms. The master room features a beautiful and spacious bathroom en-suite. Additionally there is a den off the garage with a full size pullout sofa.
Home is located on one of the main canals of the island. Sanibel and Capitva beach, Cayo Costa are all a short boat ride away. The area offers world class fishing!
House comes equipped with boat lift (10,000 lbs boat) dock to tie up your boat during your stay. Located minutes away on the same canal is a marina for easy fuel and dropping of your vessel. Local restaurant and bars are within a short distance from the home. If your looking to rent a boat for your stay there are a few options such as Get My Boat, which will drop off the boat at the marina less than .5 mile from the home, and is dropped at the same canal of the home.
Additionally, a tandem kayak and paddle board are available which are great for the canal to check out the fishes, manatees and sometimes even dolphins!
