Great place to stay! Host was easy and accommodating. Restaurants a few minutes away. Wife was cozy and loved the house. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower could not have been better. Eric took care of everything! Perfect experience!
My family and I stayed at this cottage while we were in town for a wedding, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything was extremely clean, well put together, and very well maintained. The cottage was stocked with plenty of utensils, towels, and all the necessities we needed, which made everything very comfortable and convenient.
We truly appreciated how welcoming and well-kept the property was, and we will definitely book this cottage again whenever we are back in the area. Thank you for a great stay!
I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy.I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel welcoming, and the location was convenient for getting around and exploring the area. It was a quiet, relaxing place to come back to after a long day.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future!
Great cottage! Completely remodeled & tastefully decorated. Highly recommend!
Perfect home with luxurious bedding & plenty of space for my 56 yr old daughter & myself. Spiral staircase to 2nd bdrm was doable for her. The host Eric was unbelievably kind & helpful. The Simponsonville town charming as was the larger Greenville with beautiful downtown area. Great place to stay!

Was pleased to get a refund since winter storm was hitting Carolina’s. Very much appreciated
Very clean, nicely renovated. Both beds very comfortable with nice comforters and pillows. Kitchen very nice and has everything you need. There also were coffee pods which was a nice touch. There’s also a washing machine and dryer with detergent. The only negative thing about the place is the spiral staircase, the steps are really small so it’s hard to walk up and down. Great place!
Close to downtown so we walked a lot to dinner. Walk about 7 minutes or so. Close to shopping.
We have been coming to Simpsonville for 3 years since my son and family moved here and this beautiful home was absolutely . We were minutes to everything downtown and my son's house. The host Eric was excellent in communicating, the property was perfect. Definitely made our stay even more memorable for this 4th of July, 250th holiday weekend wonderful. Highly recommended
