We had the most amazing time staying at this villa. Everything was as described on the site. My only complaint would be the construction happening on another unit during the day was very loud, but that is something that cannot be controlled. Great customer service, amenities, and cleanliness. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, about a five minute or less walk to the bar, pool and beach. Condo is in excellent condition and the bed is new and comfy. Would definitely come back.

This is a well located, lovely unit in the Kaanapali Villas. I’ve stayed at this complex on several occasions and this is one of the best, we’ll prived units I’ve stayed in.

Better than described

This location was lovely. We were surprised that we could see the water from the lanai and dining area. It was comfortable, quiet and convenient. It was relaxing not feeling like we were in a big commercial enterprise. We hope to return.

Absolutely breathtaking!

This space was perfect for me and my family! Came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary of being married at the Villas and this room was really breathtaking. The colors in the space are so bright and light, the lanai is amazing with comfortable furniture and the views of the entrance of the Villas and the trees is just perfect. Everyone who visited us was wanting to be in our room because it was just that great!

This property is super nice. Close to everything. The pools are beautiful (the big pool could have been warmer however we loved the smaller pool and swam almost every evening.) The castaway restaurant is fantastic. The beach is perfection. The grounds are beautiful. No bugs in our room yay!! I was worried because it is tropical so happy they spray well. The entire property has had no air conditioning since a fire in the boiler room last month which was a little tough however the fans that were supplied helped quite a bit We really were very happy here and would stay again!!!

Good value

Studio style condo but roomy. Upgraded cupboards in kitchen and bathroom very nice and well equipped kitchen. Dishes, cookware and utensils well supplied. Could use oven mitts though!! Also bathtub has leaky faucet and is old Hangars need replacing to plastic. These are old wood and rusty. Otherwise great location. Handy to trolley that goes into Whalers and it’s free. Would stay here again!!

No communication

This condo is great. Big. Clean. Great location on the island. A small walk across the property to get to beach. Very very comfortable. Only problem is I can’t get ahold of the management company. I never really needed to until check out. We have an evening flight; and would like a late check out, if possible. There is a sign on our door stating that all A/C units will be shut off today for updating. So, my thought is that they don’t have an immediate booking. Who knows. One email and two voice messages, and still no reply. I’m writing this at 9:29 am local time, from the beach; hoping they’ll see it. Aloha!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was wonderful, but check in was not. We arrived at 2:00 and were given the keys and said room would be ready at 3:00. went into room at 3;15 and it wasn"t cleaned. Came back at 3;45 and room still not done, so called Chase office & was told they were short cleaning staff & would page cleaners. I said I had groceries in a hot car & was told I could use the fridge. we had a dinner reservation at 6;00 & needed to get cleaned up, but couldn't use room. called office again at 4:45 and it was closed. Had to go to friends to get showered before dinner, very inconvenient. Finally the cleaner called at 5;45, we were on our way to restaurant. I had asked for an early check in as we were arriving early. if the arrival times of guests are recorded, then the rooms should be cleaned by arrival times.
