The condo is in a good location, not far from stores or Clemson, but far enough that it is quiet. The lakeview was nice and the balcony is a great place to have a coffee or beer and enjoy the view. The beds are comfy as is the sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils making cooking a breeze.

Family Trip

Change of ownership went smoothly. New Host was very accomodating during transition. Place was set up as 3 separate units and worked out perfectly for 3 separate families and we were still able to all be together. We would definitely stay there again. Location was very convenient to stores. Very peaceful and quiet, right on the lake.

The apartment is in a great location and was very quiet even with the other units rented. It met our needs and was not an issue for our group; however, it should be noted that it has one full bathroom downstairs with the two bedrooms and a half bathroom upstairs. Not two full bathrooms. The upstairs was very comfortable for our group to hang out and we enjoyed the double patios.
