***NEW RENTAL***Unit 428 is located on the 4th floor of Tower 2. This 3 bedroom has all the comforts of home while enjoying your beach vacation. As you walk in, the spectacular view of the Gulf can be seen throughout! Whether you want to relax on your private balcony and enjoy the view, maybe even see a dolphin or two, or just sit back on the ample seating in the living room and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV, you won't be disappointed! In the master bedroom, there is a wonderful king size bed, TV, private entrance to the balcony, and en-suite bathroom with a full-size stand-up, newly tiled shower (handicap bars are also installed). Through the second hallway, are the two guest bedrooms, one has a queen bed and it's own private balcony, and in the other guestroom, there are two twin beds, all equipped with TVs. Between the two guestrooms is the guest bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. Wondering what to do for dinner? Grab some local seafood and cook it up in the fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. There is seating for 6 at the lovely dining room table, and 2 at the breakfast bar. Don't want to stay in and cook? Enjoy some of our local restaurants, many within a 10-15 minute drive. If you're looking for that special beachfront vacation, look no further! There is plenty to keep busy on property with our 800ft private beach, 2 pools (one at Tower 2 is heated year round), hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, and there also have grills for our guests to utilize. All units are equipped with full size washer and dryers, cable, and Wi-Fi. Please no smoking or pets on property.
