SXS trails close by at the Four Seasons Lake and Trail Getaway

Escape to this lovely house in picturesque St. Helen and relax with the family. This newly updated three-bedroom property with new furnishings has lake access and is just minutes to the ORV trails. The property is located on the Golden Eye canal feeding into the beautiful Lake St. Helen.
Lake St. Helen is a 2400 acre all sports lake with great fishing and is surrounded by nature. The area itself is an all-season location with beaches, side by side and snowmobile trails. Bring your own boat and park it on the canal right in front of the property or your side by side and take it on the trails. Plenty of room for parking on site.
This is a phenomenal area to vacation year-round.

Total of 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath upstairs. All beds are queen size with a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping in the living room.
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with.
Large deck with lots of seating, perfect for gathering and spending time together. There is a gas barbecue grill available and a fire pit area with seating.
The living room area is comfortable with a 65-inch smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows.
The upper level also has a full size washer and dryer.
A start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, laundry and dishwashing pods are provided.

If you are looking for a great place to stay that is clean, well-stocked and with all new furnishings, look no further than Lake and Trail Getaway. The property has 70 feet of canal frontage where boats can be docked. Boat launch is located less than a mile from the property.
We are conveniently located 9 miles from the wedding venue the Barn at Evergreen Farms. We are also very close to Houghton Lake golf courses the Dream, the Nightmare, and Forest Dunes. Many restaurants are located within a 5-to-25-minute drive.

Great get away

We were very surprise as to how great this listing was! The kids enjoyed fishing, and being so close to the trails. The only downfall was the grass had just been cut so we were worried about tracking the grass in the very clean house. We would recommend and stay here again!

4th of July at Four Seasons Lake and Trail

Beautiful, functional, fun property. The beds were so comfortable and the house had every cooking tool we needed. We cooked at least twice a day. We were so thankful to have our pontoon in front of the house on the canal. The neighbors were awesome and so was lake St. Helen. We had great times on the deck and made smores at the fire pit. Host is great!

Lake St. Helen is beautiful. This hime on the canal is beautiful! So clean, everything I needed in the kitchen, beautiful spaces outside. The deck, and umbrella table and chairs are perfect for dining, playing table games and watching the boats come and go in the canal. The firepit area is great for smores and telling tales and star gazing at night. Front yard is inviting and large enough for our littles to run and play and keep them away from canal. So close to the boat launch and a sandy beach park. We loved the comfy beds.
