This pet-friendly cliff-side property feels like home with everything you’ll need for your stay – an open luxury kitchen, fully stocked bathrooms, beautiful furniture & artwork, laundry room with washer/dryer, areas for relaxing, spacious decks (with gas grill) to enjoy the incredible views – even an office space (with its own view) and wifi/internet in case you need to get some work done. There is great cell reception on the property. There is also fitness area and equipment included. This property is great for a friends and family retreat, or a couple’s getaway. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking & exploring in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, shopping in Show Low, skiing at Sunrise Ski Resort, or fishing at one of the many surrounding lakes.

Experience a luxurious, yet rustic, vibe with lavish and comfortable furniture and beautiful western artwork.
-Upon entering the main room you will see a wall of windows which showcase the amazing view of the Shumway Valley below. This area has a living space with comfy leather couches, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with Bose sound. The dining area offers a large dining table and overlooks the valley and Silver Creek below.
-The very private master bedroom is downstairs off the main room with an amazing king bed and immediate access to a very modern master bathroom with spacious walk-in closet, a double vanity, walk-in shower, and large tub as well. There are blackout curtains, a custom luxury double-dog kennel, and a air-purifier fan included.
-All bathrooms are stocked with hairdryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, fluffy towels of all sizes, and other basic bathroom essentials.
-The large open kitchen has all modern stainless appliances, granite counters, large island for cooking, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, Ninja blender, air-fryer, Crock-Pot, complementary spices, all basic cooking equipment & utensils. There is also a nice Coffee Station with Keurig & accessories.
-The upstairs features a large second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bunk-bed, a large fully-stocked bathroom with shower/tub, and the office/fitness area.
-All areas have ceiling fans.
-Fire Extinguishers and Carbon-Monoxide detectors are throughout the building.

• Show Low Lake: 15 miles - Our personal favorite! Noted for the best Walleye fishing in Arizona. It has yielded the last FIVE state records, including the existing state record of 16 pounds, 2 ounces!
• Rainbow Lake: 22 miles - Fishing & Hiking.
• Show Low City Parks: Tennis Courts, Frisbee Golf, Playground, Picnic Areas, Walking & Biking Trails, Aquatic Center, Basketball Court, Racquetball Court, Volleyball Court, Shuffle Board, Pickle-ball. Seniors: drop in Softball games for those 50+! They have gloves & bats to use (May-October, Mondays & Thursdays 8am – 11am)
