Welcome to The Country Cottage. This adorable cottage has been completely renovated in July of 2024. You will enjoy the amenities of a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room with a smart 65 inch Roku television. The property has two bedrooms each with queen beds. With this property you will enjoy covered parking, WIFI, washer & dryer and a patio. With a short 3 mile drive, you will enter the heart of Marksville which offers restaurants, shopping, Paragon Casino and much more.
