Our rental wasn’t available. We showed up and there were people in a long term lease living there. I got a refund on our money but nothing else. We had to split up our group and find our own alternative lodging. We were in town for my dad’s funerel and had traveled from 3 different states. This added a lot of stress to a very hard weekend. I was very disappointed with VRBO! And I keep getting emails asking how it went and to try to get me to book again!
