Have fun with the whole family at this stylish retreat. We. Build in 2024,stand alone house, 10ft & 9ft ceilings will give you all the necessities for your vacation and comfort.Outdoor fire pit, BBQ and game area will bring all the guests together for some amazing time & food. After sunset the best decision will be to chill around the fire pit or enjoy Netflix with couple large screen TVs. There is much much more, but lets leave that for you to discover. *Government Issued picture ID required upon check in.

There is exterior cameras all around the house and cigarette smoke detectors inside the house.

Extra charges apply for the following

*No visitors!!!
*Additional guests after 10 people will be charged extra $100 for each day!(if agreed with the owner/otherwise reservation could be cancelled immediately without refund)
*No smoking ANYTHING inside the house (marijuana & vapes included), subject to a $500 daily fee. (smoke detectors on property)
Smoking outdoors is allowed as long as the smell does not go inside the house.
*Trash fee of $100 for each large bag and $50 for each small bag of trash left anywhere other then the black trash bin provided at the property.
*Extra fees apply for leaving trash on property, the $ amount to be determined thereafter. We do $100 charge for each additional hour of late check out and we also charge for missing keys and missing gate remote.
*Commercial videography allowed only with an agreement made with the owner before the reservation.

*Quiet hours 10:00pm-10:00am
* Please take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
* Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
* Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
* Please do your dishes & leave them in the dishwasher.
* No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
* Wet floors are a hazard please No running.
* No boisterous or rough play allowed in the house.
* No unaccompanied children. There must be an adult present at all times. * Free street parking!
