It’s fine

Property is fine. Not awesome. Just fine. The downstairs shower needs a lot of attention. Easy process and good attention from the management company.

Very nice for the price

Close to Universal & Sea World parks, in a nice community, and a good value for a family stay. The photos are similar but multiple units are rented by this property manager so not exactly like the model but similar enough. Everything was clean and in good working order, except the garage door but there is room in the driveway for two cars plus additional parking nearby. Communication with property manager was top notch and the overall experience was smooth and flawless. Would recommend and rent again when staying in the area.

Location Great but Repairs and Cleaning Needed

This was my third time renting a condo at the Vista Cay Resort. Vista Cay is situated in an excellent location not too far from parks and shopping. Unfortunately, this unit definitely needs some attention. The pictures make the place a lot cleaner and nicer than what it is. The carpet basically needs to be replaced due to the heavy stains. The stains just make the place seem dirty. The hallway bathroom upstairs has mold and the floor around the tubs seem to need cleaning. Also, the floors are very squeaky. This condo has definite potential with the right attention. I do not recommend it.

thanks for the feedback unit has been scheduled to have new carpet installed is certainly not dirty is just stained we cleaned it with a pro company but stains didn't go away as for everything else we sent maintenance over and it has been taken care off

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looks nice in pics but it has multiple issues. Our refrigerator was broken and had obviously been broken before. The solution was first to bring me a bag of ice and then bring two dorm refrigerators. The couches are breaking in the frame, coffee pot was broken, and the garbage disposal had a strong odor. After hours of trading texts with property manager; I was finally moved to a new unit. I think they just switched my reservation with someone else’s, leaving them with 2 dorm refrigerators. The unit appears nice with newish furnishings and decor, but it needs a lot of TLC.

Another wonderful stay and Vista Cay!! I was in town for a conference, and as a voting delegate, I was busy at the conference every day! It was wonderful to be able to come back to the condo to rest and unwind at the end of the day. I especially loved having the master BR on the first floor and the other BRs on the third floor which allowed me much needed privacy. Looking forward to my next stay!

Disappointed

We didn’t feel the property matched the photos. It was in need of serious updating and was overall pretty beat up. Upon checking in we went to the grocery store, came back and found the fridge to be broken. The situation was not given priority and we lost all of the cold food purchased. After several attempts to get resolution I walked to the HOA office and then someone came out. He stated that there were no parts and stuffed a bag in the ice maker to help with the frosting over/air flow. After that it got a little cooler but then never made Ice and food was lost. The floors, doorways and bathrooms were not clean. All of the master bath cabinets paint was literally falling off the doors (unsafe with a baby). Super hot upstairs- not properly cooled being an old house. Overall disappointment.

Perfect Conference Retreat

This townhome afforded us a chance to get-a-way from the conference site at Rosen Shingle Creek, relax, enjoy our own home cooked meals and was a perfect walk in both directions. We were able to sleep all our guests comfortably and had ample space. The Publix was in a perfect location for us to stop on the way home for dinner items as needed. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Cute place, great location!

The townhome was decorated nicely and was large enough to accommodate all of our group. Enjoyed walking around the lake and watching the sunrise! There was a great brunch restaurant called Moma's Cafe located right by entrance! And the location was central to everything we had planned to do during our stay

Decent property. Very strong cleaner smell when checked in and some burnt out lights that never got changed. They did come and unclog the drains quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all it was a good stay, we had a few hiccups when the 2 full beds were already broken and they came and replaced them the next day. Having 10 people in our party we needed to utilize all beds and the pull out sofa and couch were very poor material, particle board was broken underneath and many springs were missing from the bottom to hold mattress in place. Nothing was ever done abut that. If my party were all comfortable at night I would have been happier. This is our 2nd stay, but different accommodations.

We had a great time. Family of four. Three full bedrooms. Lots of space. No real complaints. We were comfortable, and lots of room, place was nice and clean. Location is great. Not sure how I would really expect any more. We were gone most of the time, but when we were there it was very convenient. What definitely recommend. Location of easy and centrally located

My stay here was good. Because the town house is modern, clean and in a great location. However the sink in the master bathroom on the first floor is clogged and made it very inconvenient every time we need it to use it. There are other bathrooms but you have to go up the stairs every time this happens. No big deal but apparently this sink has been like this for quite a while since I had read it before on another review. Thank you
