We enjoyed our stay. This was our first time to Niagra falls. Once we learned where everything was at we realized we could walk a block over and have plenty of places to eat or use the bus to take you to the front where Niagra falls is. The patio was nice to sit on outside.

It was a nice, clean, efficient place to stay. The kitchen was great for fixing breakfast. It was within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the falls. Quiet neighborhood but easy to get to main roads for travel. The only disappointment was the washer/dryer did not work. I communicated with the host but he was unable to get someone to come and check on it.
