This newly renovated home is in the heart of most theme parks, minutes to Disney, Universal, and the rest that Orlando has to offer. Over 2800 sq ft, this spacious house can accommodate up to 14 people.

The 2nd floor room distribution:
-2 master bedrooms with king beds and 55” TVs
-Disney Princess themed room with 2 twin beds
-How to train your dragon themed room with 3 twin beds
-1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with smart TV

The 1st floor room distribution:
-1 bedroom with queen bed with smart TV

The expansive living room and dining area has ample room to seat all guests, with a 65-inch flat-screen TV that is mounted for optimal viewing, making movie nights a delight.

Inside the well equipped kitchen you'll find new appliances, dishware, silverware, and all cooking utensils you may need. Also included is a coffee station with complimentary limited K-cups

The living room leads outside to a private pool and hot tub combo, with ample space for loungers and outdoor seating, this serene setting provides the perfect backdrop for gatherings or quiet relaxation. Pool toys included.

The show stopping X-men themed game room has multiple arcades including a driving simulator, an air hockey table, basketball dual hoop shooting game and a Wii console attached to large 65" TV with preinstalled games.

Included with your stay you have access to the community amenities that include a clubhouse with a pool & water slides, gym, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, putting green, movie room, arcade room and beach volleyball all within a short distance from the house.

• Please Note: There is a Nest video doorbell.
• Optional Pool & Spa Heating: $30 per night. For those traveling in the summer, you may find this unnecessary. But if it's colder, we can have this ready upon your arrival! Please coordinate with us if you'd like us to turn on the heat for your stay!
• There is a flat fee of $100 per stay for dogs, maximum of 2 dogs allowed
• Windsor Hills amenities - All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wrist band to enjoy the community amenities.
• We are limited to 3 cars MAX for our home by the community
• At no additional cost a high chair and Graco Pack 'N Play are available to use. Please notify me before arrival if you'd like to use any of these, and we can arrange to take out of storage.
• The pool cleaner usually comes by on Wednesdays
