Welcome to our latest BRAND NEW 5 bedroom \ 5 bathroom luxury villa located on one of the best lakefront lots in the guard gated award winning resort community of Paradise Palms Resort, which is just around the corner from Disney and other main attractions, ie Margaritaville, Live H2O waterpark, Sunset walk which is 1 mile away! Our new Villa has just been completely remodeled with brand new furniture, ALL SMART HD TV’s, and King beds that have “Dreamspot” super comfortable mattresses containing Ventilated GelCare \ Air-foam Memory Foam. This home has been professionally designed with the comfort and enjoyment of our guests in mind. With breathtaking Pond & Conservation views Our home has no rear neighbors and is just a few steps to the amazing clubhouse and its amenities. The location of our home offers you privacy yet close to all of the Resort fun whenever you choose to enjoy the amenities.

5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so each bedroom can have its dedicated bathroom. The large Master Suites are attached to modern updated bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures & granite counter tops. Upstairs, there is another large King Master Bedroom with a huge ensuite bathroom. A large loft area has been designed as a hangout place for the family which includes Arcades, Pool Table & flat screen Smart TV. A themed area adjacent to the Loft has been designed to get the Disney \ Universal experience started. One bedroom has been designed with the Beauty & the Beast Princess theme, sleeping two in a beautiful queen bedroom The other bedroom follows the Harry Potter them and contains 3 single beds. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs.

Our Villa is one of the largest floorplans in Paradise Palm, offering our guests a vacation experience that is second to none. The layout consists of two Master Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. The modern Kitchen consists of custom 42” cabinetry, granite counter tops and a large island. The stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender along with the other kitchen amenities will ensure that your needs are met in order to prepare wonderful family meals in this upscale kitchen. There is a modern Dining and Living room looking out to the sun drenched south facing Pool and Spa. Enjoy dining “al fresco” on the pool deck while watching your favorite show on our outdoor Smart TV. We have installed a new custom cabana by the pool where you can take your siesta under the sun, enjoying the nature that surrounds you.

We have tried to make our home a true vacation experience for both the adults and kids. The children's excitement will only amplify once they move on from the Arcade room to the theme rooms upstairs. We have designed a Harry Potter and a Beauty & the Beast Princess rooms to get the Disney \ Universal fever started early. The adults can enjoy a cocktail upstairs in the loft while playing a round of billiards. The open concept of our home will allow everyone to enjoy a family \ friends experience, yet still have their own private space to wind down.

We haven’t stopped there! Keeping our guests vacation experience & comfort in mind, we have done a complete conversion of the garage into a functional & enjoyable game room. Florida heat makes the garage converted game room a difficult place to hang out as it becomes far too hot to enjoy. We are one of the few Villas that have installed a dedicated AC unit for our Arcades room area! The family can enjoy hours of fun on the Video Arcade machines (no quarters or tokens needed!) in a cool & comfortable temperature that the guests can control with the game room thermostat. Our outdoor pool area makes it ideal for the family to dine al fresco under the shade of the Lanai. Not having any rear neighbors provides privacy for quality family time while enjoying the soothing sound of nature emanating from the Pond and lush conservation behind our home.

If that wasn’t enough fun! Paradise Palms Resort’s clubhouse, which is literally a few steps from our home, boasts some of the best vacation and resort-style amenities, including a stunning 9,500 sq. ft. Clubhouse featuring sauna, movie theatre, game room, internet lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, grotto and spa, pool slide, tiki bar and grill, kids pool, and much more!!

Please Note: The home’s pool/spa heat is normally requested for reservations from Nov-Feb. Our cost to heat the pool/hot tub is $40/day. This is an optional amenity we offer for guests requesting pool/hot tub heat.
