About this property

Road Dawg Condo Welcome to God's country.

When those bulldogs are playing and you need a place to lay your head, this is the place to do it! There is a full kitchen and laundry, quiet community and perfect for MSU events.

The condo is in the back of the complex , the last group of buildings on the left. It on the second floor. The condo with a king master and two queens in the second bedroom. Condo has new mattresses and bedding. Each bedroom has its own bath. Each bedroom has a 32" inch TV and there is a 48" TV in living room. The condo is 2 miles from Stadium and baseball field and a half mile from downtown.

For football games there is a two night minimum. Games are usually on Saturday but is doesn’t matter if you rent Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. At such time a game is played on an alternate day, the same two day rental applies.

The property was left in good shape. The complex as a whole is older but the people who live there are students and working adults. It is quiet and has no history of things being stolen or police problems. Most of the condos are owned by Miss State alum who come every chance to Starkville.
