This property in Parham Town was perfect for our party of six adults for a couple days of Tortolla time before picking up our catamaran charter close by. Ashley was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated her hospitality and recommendations.

Awesome Host and Stay

Ashley was great to work with. She made us feel at home and helped with everything we needed. We arrived tired and hungry, and she even went and brought us supper, drinks, and even milk for one of our group. The view was amazing and the house was huge!!

Great space for 4 couples, bedroom air conditioning was welcomed both for cooling and dulling the rooster noise :-). Close to the airport. Great view, coffee and drinks on the balcony was perfect. Things to note - no toiletries provided, washer/dryer work but very long cycles so plan accordingly. House sits on top of a very steep hill providing great views but not great for walking, used a driver for every outing making it less convenient than being in town.

During our stay Ashley communicated very well with us. We had a slight issue with one of the bathroom showers. When we told her of the problem she addressed it and made arrangements for a plumber to check it out. When we needed beach towels she had them delivered right away. All the A/C units worked very well. Our 3 night stay was just what we needed before boarding our charter sailboat.

Birthday weekend

It felt a little like home, but way more spacious. Everything looked like how it was in the pictures. Cooked breakfast, a great place to get away and relax. The view was amazing, and my friends enjoyed their stay as well. Even though there was a few wear and tears we still made it work. Two persons complained about their rooms being and their a/c not working. But overall it was well spent, and i would definitely recommend.
