This single family ranch home was completely renovated. The living room provides great space for relaxing with 75 inch smart TV. The kitchen is outstanding with modern finishes and all necessary cooking amenities. There is an attached garage with access off the dining space. All 3 bedrooms are well sized with ample closet space. Full bathroom with 3-D tile and soaking tub/shower. 1/2 bathroom as well. Spacious yard with park just across the street. Truly a great location in a fabulous neighborhood. Short drive to woodfield mall and all Schaumburg has to offer
