Our living room has a great view of the lake. The couch pulls out to almost a queen with bedding in the chase lounge.
Full kitchen with high chair and toddler/baby plates.
Enjoy a great meal or a fun board game at our custom made dinner table. Our two sons helped us build this little project that fits up to 8 patrons.
Look something up, send an email or plan a new adventure at our Workstation. Pad, paper and stress ball included.
Relax and watch the family play some Corn Hole in the back yard or relax and sit by the lake, we provide 6 lawn chairs located in the hallway closet across from the Laundry Room.

As a reminder for front door, everything is on the keypad. The code and the enter button.

There is a back yard that is a common area but large enough to use the provided Corn Hole game or toss a frisbee or throw a ball around.

You will have full access to every room. Only the upstairs hallway and downstairs closets will be locked.

* 3 rooms have 2 luggage racks a piece.

* Each bathroom has; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a vanity mirror and a hair dryer.

* Baby playpen/bed located in main walk-in closet.

* Baby high chair located in laundry room.

* 6 patio chairs and 1 kids patio chair in patio.

* First-Aid Kit in Green and Blue bathrooms.

* 2 Fire extinguishers and grease fire blanket in kitchen.

* Full sized washer and dryer, ironing board, hanging rack with hangers.

* Extra fans in each bedroom and Laundry room.

* Floor and hand held vacuums in laundry room.

The house was decorated beautifully. I thought the large pond behind the house provided a relaxing atmosphere when in the screened in porch. The neighborhood was quiet. Stephen always responded quickly to any requests or questions.

Fantastic family orientated property - perfect for Disney etc

Both the accommodation (love the name "The Nettle" and the host (Stephen) were amazing.The property had everything that could possibly be needed - and then some (such as a bonus PS5 with games).Multiple bedrooms / bathrooms / laundry room and fully loaded kitchen etc with nice open plan living space.Perfect location for trips to Disney / Universal / Seaworld / Old Town / Celebration Street / Gatorland and so much more.Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to anyone - and if the opportunity arose again I would stay there once more in a flash.Massive thanks to Stephen for an awesome vacation!!

Why they chose this property

I LOVE Kissimmee! So much to do year round. A lot of concert venues, parks, water adventures, Space Coast for the rocket launches and spectacular restaurants.

What makes this property unique

I hoped to make my place different by finding a bridge from your home to ours.

I (hopefully) have made it very easy being there by paying attention to the little everyday things like USB ports by the bedside, coffee or tea easily ready to make, big coffee mugs.

If you need to work remotely ( like my son ) there is a designated desk and a computer with pad and paper.

My mothers name was Annette, my father would call her "Nettle".
