The lodge is a custom built structure, with unique features that make it a one of a kind experience. The floor plan offers great spaces for reading, playing games and watching your favorite game, show or movie. Each floor is a suite, offering sleeping areas, full bathroom, kitchen or kitchenette and lounge. This allows families to each have their own space within the cabin. Amenities include an indoor year round pool, wifi, extra large 6 person hot tub, and streaming services on tvs. Warm up with a Seasonal Fireplace in the Fall or Winter! Outside enjoy a fire pit and rocking chairs on the front porch. Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD Recommended! Free WiFi -may experience disruptions and outages

We had issues with using the oven and the air hockey didn't completely work. When we needed anything the host was right on it and kept very good communication with me. Other than a few mishaps our stay was good. The pool and hot tub were great amenities.

We had to switch properties at check-in time. While this was inconvenient they did try to accommodate with a similar size property. However the new property had several broken appliances which impacted our ability to prepare meals. These items have been listed as broken for several months so read the reviews carefully before booking.

Very lovely place. Great pool and hot tub! Just needed a few things to make it excellent. I had to contact host for necessary sheets and towels. 1 reclining chair didn’t work and 1 out door chair was broken. The outdoor grill really needs a cleaning but, it’s useable. They need a good pancake pan or griddle. Air conditioning was excellent! Cute cabin decorating was sweet. We would definitely go again!

Overall this cabin was amazing. There was plenty of room for my whole family and more. The pool was awesome, perfect size for all of us. The only suggestions I would make to future guests is make sure you bring cleaning supplies and products. There is dish soap and regular soap but other cleaning supplies. There is a washer and dryer, they provided enough pods for 5 loads but no fabric sheets. These are all very small complaints and shouldn’t deter anyone from staying. We would definitely stay again in the future. 5 out of 5 stars!!

We had a fantastic family weekend at the Hummingbird Lodge! The owners were fast to answer questions when they came up during our stay and were very helpful. The pool and hut tub were a huge plus, and the kids loved the game room as well. We will definitely be back!

This rental did not meet our expectations. There were several maintenance and cleaning issues that needed to be addressed. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub was not useable because it was not clean. Property management was responsive to our immediate needs, but should ensure property is in the condition as reflected in pictures and descriptions on VRBO for future renters.

Very welcoming. Clean and inviting. Wanted pool heater turned up and soon as I asked they was on the ball to get someone out to turn it up. And even the gentleman that came out asked about our stay and had nice conversation. Awesome place and nice and cozy especially with the indoor fireplace. Can’t say enough good things about the host and house.

Nice place that met our needs with plenty to keep entertained. Some small issues like a missing remote for the entertainment room TV with no response from the host(just downloaded one offline, no biggy) sharp edges on the pool lip(just be careful especiallybwith littles), no blankets or sheets for pull outs or air beds with only one throw blanket. Some amenities we have experienced at similiar pricepoints were also not there like salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, beach towels for pool and hot tub, more than one outside trash receptacle for this sized place, so a few other reasons for a 4/5. We also found a dirty child's sock on a shelf and some toys not put away as well as debris in both the pool and hot tub, although not enough to be of a concern v just not swept well but Id imagine finding good housekeeping can be challenging, especially right at the holiday. None of these were deal breakers! We truly enjoyed our visit, the beds were comfortable, amenitites were quite nice and the family time was worth it all. So, no, not 5 stars, but very nice overall nonetheless.

Our stay at Hummingbird Lodge was great! Everything was clean and accurate to the listing. The pictures of the hot tub do not do it justice!! It is HUGE!! The pool was great. It was an adult trip, but we played like kids!! We would definitely rent Hummingbird Lodge again.
