We’re a five minute drive from Lake Logan boat dock and beach where you can rent a canoe, fish (you’ll need a license), swim, or bird watch (eagles, loons, blue herons, kingfishers, etc.) You won’t need a four-wheel drive vehicle in winter, and you’ll have easy access to our finest local restaurants, wineries, shopping, and hospital.

“The Caves” (Old Man’s Cave, Conkle’s Hollow, Ash Cave, Rock House, Cantwell Cliffs, Cedar Falls, Whispering Cave and Hemlock Bridge), Lake Hope State Park, and Rock Bridge State Nature Preserve are a scenic ten to twenty-minute drive. You’ll experience hemlock-lined trails that wind through black-hand sandstone gorges and end in stunning waterfalls. Zip-lining, horseback riding, hunting, and the world’s only zip rail are also within a fifteen to twenty minute drive from MeadowLark Lodge. Warm up with a Seasonal Fireplace in the Fall or Winter! Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended. Free WiFi -may experience disruptions and outages

Great place. Great location. Just off the main road but still a very quiet location. Large yard was great to play Frisbee, console, and catch. Game room was very nice. Host was great to work with. Would stay here again.

The property was as listed, there were no issues and we all were comfortable and enjoyed our annual couples retreat! From check in to check out very easy and very comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked and porch was very comfortable and enough room for everyone! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was fairly close to town and within about 15-20 minutes of most of the Hocking Hill hikes. The deck area was large and we loved sitting out there when it was warm.

Wonderful spacious cabin with all the amenities.

Meadowlark was great. There was plenty of space for my extended family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from OU. It’s a great alternative to the hotels in Athens. We loved the game area in the basement. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely great location. Close to freeway and kayaking/river attractions. The property was quite and private. The house was spacious for our bachelor party and had nice updates.Had everything we needed - would definitely go back!

Girl's trip 2025

We stayed here for our annual girl's weekend. Ages ranged from 13-83. It was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house and property were beautiful and perfectly located. We would definitely book this property in the future.
