→ Initial Supplies - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Each bathroom has shampoo and body wash dispensers.

→ Location - This unit is located on the bottom floor. No stairs are required.

→ Security Deposit - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

→ For your safety and awareness, there a few exterior security cameras located at the front of the home. They are used for security purposes only.

*Important Notice: We strictly enforce the maximum occupancy of 6 guests in this unit. No visitors are allowed at any time—only registered guests on the reservation may enter. To ensure compliance, we monitor our Ring cameras and have a maintenance team patrolling daily. Violations will result in immediate removal.
