Sunset Cliff Escape sits on an acre of land on the east shores of lake Buchanan providing incredible views through high glass windows. A spacious deck with outdoor lounging and dining is nestled in the tree tops affording memorable sunset views and night time star gazing!
The space
Escape down the hill along a stone step path through the oaks and cedars to enjoy the lake where you can soak in the sun, swim off the dock! The sunsets never disappoint!

Guest access
Entire first floor of house, deck, dock, kayaks. Dock has space to tie off your own boat (bring your own fenders). Water shoes with skid resistant soles recommended. There are natural stone steps into house and a long hike down to lake’s edge!
Other things to note
-House is on well water with whole house filtration system.
-Wearing skid resistance shoes while out on the property, while on dock and in the water is highly recommended.
-Please respect the critters in God's creation but if you see them in the house, please let me know.
-With the west facing orientation of the house In the heat of the summer when temperatures near 100 degrees, the house can struggle to get below 75 degrees. This is normal according to HVAC service providers. Additional fans are located in secondary bedroom closets.
