This darling small home was in the perfect location for us!! Very accurate description, beautiful views, close to fantastic hiking. We were searching for a site close to Our Lady of the Ozarks church, and found so much more!
This property & its location was very suitable for us 2 hikers. We did spend time every day on the lovely deck but just an FYI it can be noisy due to traffic. The host always responded to my questions in good time. It definitely was priced well & beats a motel room.
This cute little house was perfect for our weekend stay in the Fayetteville area. It rained most of the weekend, so we weren't able to enjoy the nice outdoor settings. It would be wonderful with nice weather!
Came into town for Parents Weekend at Arkansas. Wonderful location, beautiful little space with everything we needed. Especially loved the coffee station and cute trail down to the creek.
The property was well kept up and in a beautiful area. It was only about 20 minutes to Fayetteville. The host always responded in a timely manner. I would absolutely stay here again.
Perfect alternative to a hotel during major college football weekend. Clean, cozy with kitchen for quick meals to help on our nature and family visit adventures.

David and guest were a delight to host. They communicated well and left the place clean. Would highly recommend hosting them. Thank you.
Cute little tiny house! Enjoyed the fireplace inside. Loved the outdoor space including the patio, hammock, lighting, etc. It was a little close to the road so the road noise was kind of obnoxious if you are going for a fully quiet weekend. The river was maybe a 100-125 yard walk through the woods (on a cleared, flat path) until you actually get to the river and it slopes down. We were able to go down the 5’ slope somewhat easily (40 years old and no physical issues for us). We enjoyed our time and the host was very quick to respond!
There was a few things close, mostly about 20 miles from there. We felt the picture of the place was misleading. It showed the river in the picture like it's right by the place. But you have to walk about a half mile to the water, and it's hard to get down to it, especially if you're disabled. That's why we chose the place, the water close, but my husband couldn't get down to it, unless we went on private property. There was a small pond right next to the place, and we fought mosquito's the whole time we were there. The house itself, was nice, it had a lot of solar lights on the deck and in the front yard that was very pretty at night , but we couldn't enjoy them at night, because of the mosquito's.
Scarlet is an excellent host and fielded all my questions with fast responses. I highly recommend this hideway. The bird watching is fantastic. Nice path down to the river too.
