This unit boasts over 1370 sq. ft. of living area with a large master bedroom that offers a spectacular ocean front view. Let the king size bed consume you and wake up refreshed as you pamper yourself in the oversized walk-in shower with double heads. A queen size bed is provided in the second bedroom with all the comforts of home. A bunk closet unique to Treasure Island and convertible sofa offers sleeping comfort for four more guests.

NO NEED TO WAIT ON ELEVATORS! This unit has a reserved parking spot located on the second ramp of the garage. However you can skip the loading and unloading via the elevators by parking in an unmarked spot on the fifth floor of the parking deck and walk straight into the unit.

Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is just down the street. Order a pizza from Vinny's, walk to Patches Pub for local color or visit Scampy's Seafood and Steak right next to the parking garage at Treasure Island.

Notable attractions including Pier Park are just minutes away. Take Thomas Drive to Back Beach Road (98) or Middle Beach Rd (Hutchinson Blvd).

Treasure Island is away from all the heavy traffic areas. If you have ever been to PCB during the peak time you know how traffic can come to a grinding halt on Front Beach Road. Thomas Drive is peaceful and if you want to get away from it all, this is the place. The high rise itself is relatively new, having been constructed in 2005. Cap this all off with a large balcony with a spectacular view. Book today and enjoy spacious accommodations with plenty of amenities.

Treasure Island requires all occupants to register at the front office to get their parking pass and pool bands. This is a $20 fee paid directly to Treasure Island. It is for the safety of all our guests to ensure that our parking deck is occupied only by paying guests.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo with the exception of the balcony. No pets are allowed.

Beautiful condo, clean, spacious, comfortable furniture and everything was perfect.

Thank you Gerry for all your help in making the reservation process so easy. My son and his family had a wonderful time and hope to be able to stay at your condo again next year. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want and the dining room table was a perfect style for the 5 of them. The boys enjoyed the giant sized flat screen television too! What a convenience to park on the 5th floor parking garage and walk right over to the condo. The very large balcony with all the patio furniture was an added bonus as well as having the free beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was still heated so we enjoyed an evening swim. 0ur view was spectacular and we were so lucky that the weather was good too. It was a wonderful and relaxing place to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo!

Wonderful resort complex, right on the beach; just the right size. Fantastic condo with comfortable, colorful furnishings. Unbeatable views, abundant kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses; lots of bath towels. Great owner to rent from! This is THE place to be!!!!

Spacious / Roomy / Clean!

I love great first impressions, and this unit did not disappoint! Opening the door for the first time, I was blown away by the size of this unit. It was very clean. The kitchen was so nice and well stocked with quality items. The master bedroom was spacious and had a very comfortable bed (we didn't use the second bedroom). The balcony was our favorite. It was deep and well furnished with a million dollar view. The location of Treasure Island is perfect. St. Andrews State Park is a favorite of ours and is within walking distance. We went every day to feed the raccoons and deer and we fished and even snorkeled one day (didn't last long, November ocean is cold!) I am usually leery of a large condo complex, but this place changed my mind. They have a live-in policeman and security is visible. The office staff was so sweet when we went to get our parking pass. Luggage carts were always available. It was November, but the pool was heated - such a nice surprise! No complaints about the complex at all. I saved the best for last: The owner Gerry treated me like a valued customer. He went out of his way to help make my stay problem free. I have always appreciated feeling appreciated and that is exactly how Gerry made me feel. It was my 57th birthday week and his attitude was truly a gift. Thanks Gerry! You know we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at PCB. We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law & 2 yr old grandson. The condo was spacious & clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was huge and provided a great view of the beach & ocean and beautiful sunsets. Gerry was very helpful every step of the way! We would definitely stay here again.
