Unwind in the spacious living area by the warm indoor fireplace after a day of adventure.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across three separate levels, providing privacy and comfort for everyone. Each of the four large bedrooms features its own streaming TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom.

This home is dog-friendly. Please note that a pet deposit is required, and we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend. Unfortunately, due to severe allergies, we cannot accommodate cats on the property. Thank you for your understanding.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Rendezvous. Everything was as pictured and described. This house was well stocked, very comfortable and spacious, and aesthetically pleasing! Bill, the host, was very communicative and accommodating. He was easy to reach and answered any of our questions. Would love to stay again. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

Great Easter stay

Property was new,clean and had everything you needed. All the bedrooms had a bathroom attached. The bottom floor bunk room was very spacious, sanctuary for three teenagers with a hot tub on the patio. This property is close to everything. It was Easter so we went to church in the neighborhood. Owner was great to work with. Checkin/checkout process was easy and self explanatory. Having 2 garages was definitely a plus. Will stay there again.

This is an extraordinary property that has the perfect combination of remoteness and connectedness. It is a short distance to skiing, hiking, and biking out the front door, and has the Winter Park ski shuttle pass within a very short walk of the unit to reach world-class skiing. The town of Winter Park is truly a 4-season area, with activities to please all ages. All seasons, there are family-friendly activities, events, and music festivals in the town of Winter Park at the amphitheater and locations throughout the town.
