Welcome to Rendezvous 99 Stagecoach, your luxurious 2,400 sq. ft. mountain retreat! Offering stunning valley, mountain, and garden views, this 4-season townhome is the perfect base for gathering with loved ones to create lasting memories. Unwind in the spacious living area by the warm indoor fireplace after a day of adventure.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across three separate levels, providing privacy and comfort for everyone. Each of the four large bedrooms features its own streaming TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom.
**Sleeping Arrangements:**
* Bedroom 1: King Bed with high-end mattress and big screen TV
* Bedroom 2: King Bed with high-end mattress and big screen TV
* Bedroom 3: King Bed with high-end mattress and big screen TV
* Bedroom 4: Two comfortable bunk beds, perfect for kids, big screen TV
* Living Room: One pull-out couch
**Gourmet Kitchen & Dining:**
Prepare delicious meals in the spacious, well-appointed gourmet kitchen, which includes premium appliances, a double oven, and a large refrigerator. The dining table and large island provide comfortable seating for 12.

This home is dog-friendly. Please note that a pet deposit is required, and we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend. Unfortunately, due to severe allergies, we cannot accommodate cats on the property. Thank you for your understanding.

Main Living Area: Features an inviting indoor fireplace and large windows that frame breathtaking mountain views.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully appointed with premium appliances, including a double oven and a large refrigerator. The dining table and large island provide comfortable seating for 12.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Four large bedrooms, each with its own streaming TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Cable TV, and others), a private full bathroom, and a large closet.
Three bedrooms feature king beds with high-end mattresses.
The fourth bedroom includes two comfortable bunk beds, serving as a perfect play area for kids.
Family-Friendly: A Pack 'n Play, high chair, toys, and safety gates are provided for your convenience.
Additional Sleeping: A pull-out couch offers extra sleeping space.
Workspace: A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay connected.
Laundry: A large-capacity washer and dryer are available for your use.
