Le Roteの農家は、伝統の魅力と現代の快適さを兼ね備えています。250m²の居住空間には112m²のオープンスカイプールがあり、Wi-Fi接続、洗濯機、食器洗い機、32 "衛星放送とオンデマンド映画のあるスクリーンテレビ。 一方、公園では、新鮮な果物や野菜、鶏からの新鮮な卵、広大な木材からの薪が、大きな石造りのバーベキューや薪オーブンを楽しんだり、内部の巨大な暖炉の前で暖められます。 。
あなたの子供たちは庭で私たちの動物に餌をやるのを楽しむことができ、彼らはブランコのある小さな公園を持つことになります。
Follonica、Cecina、Punta Alaなどの海辺の場所から数kmのところにあり、シエナ、フィレンツェ、ピサ、サンジミニアーノ、ヴォルテッラなどの地域の主要文化スポットにも近いです。

Great stay in tuscany

This was a very nice house, very clean pool too. There isn't AC and during the heat wave in July it was a bit of an issue but we coped well with it. Other than that we had a great stay.

A piece of heaven

A really wonderful place, view over tuscan hills and so much space in nature. The pool was the heart of our stay in hot July. All is well equipped, calm and the wonderful host Tamara very helpful in giving recommendations for little tours and wine-tasting. We will come back if possible.

Beautiful stay in autumn

Really beautiful old stone house in the middle of Toscany. The 4 kids and dog could enjoy the big garden and the evening in front of the chimney. The liked very much the open kitchen concept and the lovely interior. Also the bedrooms were big and the beds comfortable. We spend our days outside and in the evenings inside ind the big living room when it was rainy. The kids had a really good time in the playground and garden. Thank you.

Perfect Tuscan rural place

We have a lovely time there. The house has plenty of space and was clean and well equipped. The garden was beautiful with all the flowers and view around the Tuscan hills. And the large pool was great and welcome with the unexpected warm June. Even without A/C the temperature in the house was manageable thanks to the thick stone walls, shutter, and fans.The location is perfect to visit Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano … and having some quiets days enjoying the ground and the pool.We really enjoyed the Tuscan meal that Tamara prepared us on the last night.Just for awareness the last mile is a track, and you will need to plan your shopping as the closer shops are around 20-25mins away but will not stop us to come back if possible and have a cuddle with the very well behave dogs and cats.Thank you Tamara, we really enjoyed our stay.

Authentic Tuscan rural retreat

What a magical spot! The house was clean and comfortable and the garden beautiful and very well cared for. The children loved talking to the dogs, collecting eggs with Tamara from her chickens and feeding them food waste from the kitchen window! The trampoline, swings and games were great for keeping them entertained and a furious darts competition was fought each evening by the dads. It is fairly rural and secluded but, for us, it was just the right balance of ‘off the beaten track’ with things to do and places to visit within relatively easy reach. Most of our holiday was spent relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings but we found a beautiful wild swimming spot on the Cecina river just 5 mins drive away. Another day trip involved river swimming in the Berignone nature reserve followed by lunch in Volterra. Had we been there for longer and it been a little bit cooler we would have loved to visit Siena as well as the beautiful beaches around Castiglione della Pescaia - both just over an hour away. It was very hot when we visited but the thick stone walls, strategic shutter use and fans made it bearable. Plus the incredible and huge pool of course! We would recommend packing antihistamines and bug spray when visiting in July as the mosquitos were running riot! Overall a fantastic holiday, Tamara has a beautiful home and takes excellent care of her guests. Thoroughly recommend!

Un séjour formidable. Tamara nous a préparé un accueil aux petits soins. En plus d'être extrêmement gentille et discrète (elle vit sur place), elle répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. La maison est très bien équipée, ainsi que les espaces extérieurs. La piscine est immense.Chiens et chats adorables sur place.

Authentischer kann man die Toskana nicht erleben

Wir hatten mit der ganzen Familie ein tolle Zeit in der Podere le Rote. Für jede Altersgruppe war etwas dabei. Einrichtung authentisch und landestypisch und Ausstattung umfassend. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Tamara! Bei der wir auch eigenes Olivenöl und Honig kaufen konnten (die Hühner hatten passend zu Ostern die Eierproduktion eingestellt ;-))). Ein toller Ort mit bezaubernden Eindrücken und grandiosen Blicken in die Umgebung. Für die Einkäufe muss man sich schon einen Plan machen, denn die Möglichkeiten sind ca. 20-30 min mit dem Auto entfernt ...

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Schade war, dass es etwas abgelegen und keine Rebberge ringsherum zu sehen waren. Tolles Haus und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ihre Hunde sind der Hammer, gut erzogen und immer für Streicheleinheiten zu haben. Danke vielmals

One of our best places in Italy

Very rural setting but a beautiful place to stay ! As soon as we opened the door there was wow factor…. Large open concept with a huge stone fireplace it had us at hello lol. The beds were super, the rooms were a good size. The kitchen was one of the most equipped kitchens I’ve ever had in a rental. Our host was great and gave us some good tips…..she cut 1 1/2 off our trip to Florence. She also helped us get a dinner in the next hill top town over and if you are looking for a great Tuscan meal it’s worth the drive the meal was great and one of our travellers is gluten free and they had no problem making accommodations Everyone we meet at the restaurant were there because someone recommended it and they were all right ! Would I stay again….in a heartbeat! The only thing we didn’t get to try was the pool ( it was to late in the season) but the area looked nice and she also had all kind of family stuff to do ..ping pong etc My wife wanted to take the dining room table home but it wouldn’t fit in the car lol, it’s a huge live edge table perfect for the space.

Beautiful Tuscanny villa with large pool

We had a wonderful stay at Le Rote, an absolutely beautiful villa with large pool. The large surrounding property with olive and fruit trees, vegetable garden and 2 small lakes gives a nice nature experience, you can even do 1 hour hikes on this property. We had lots of fun in the large pool and playing ping pong. The house is pleasant and the kitchen has all you need. The owner Tamara and her daughter live on the property, which was no problem for us. They gave us all the privacy we needed, and where very helpful. They cooked and served us a delicious Tuscanny dinner on the last evening. We can definately reccommend Le Rote and would love to come back!

The farmhouse is immersed in total peace. You will only hear the sound of the wind in the trees and the singing of birds. The view that surrounds the farmhouse is one of the most beautiful in the world and you can enjoy it while you are in the pool or from your bedroom window.
A wonderful experience during your stay will be to observe the starry sky!

If you love open spaces and freedom of movement, this place is perfect for you. There are several streets to walk through the woods and enjoy the unspoiled nature. On request we can organize for you:
- walk with the falcon + snack / aperitif
- Tuscan dinner or grilled venison
-Visit to wineries in the area
- cooking lessons
- Tasting of local products and local wines
- Visit to Volterra, San Gimigniano other cities of art with our minibus
- Mountain bike rental
If you are interested in these proposals, please let us know at the time of booking.
During your stay you can collect the products from our garden and consume the freshest eggs from the farm's chickens, participating in the real rural life of Tuscany. To get to our farm you have to go through a perfectly passable dirt road and you will be surrounded by pastures, fields, vineyards and woods ... ... a place for total relax.
Guest count on the total privacy of the accommodation, the swimming pool and the surrounding park. There are 120 hectares available for guests who rent the house.
