The place is a kind of community of about 25 houses with a shared swimming pool. It is located far from any villages or towns, with the closest grocery store about 10 km away. Typically, only 5–6 houses are rented out and therefore occupied. The pool is quite large and clean. The house itself is not very large: there is one bedroom downstairs and another bedroom on a kind of second level, open to the hall/kitchen below. The house was clearly built as a holiday property rather than for permanent living. Please note that the shower is so small that if you are somewhat larger than average, especially in width, you may have a hard time even getting into it. In addition, the shower is in need of a thorough cleaning and disinfection. The particular house we stayed in is well positioned: it is not next to the parking area, not too close to the pool, and has shade at the back. The shade is important because there is no air conditioning. One thing you should definitely take into account is that there is hardly any internet connection there. There is no mobile network coverage in this remote area, and the Wi-Fi is not only slow but often stops working altogether. So, you can actually get a nice break from your internet dependency there — read some books, for example. However, if you need reliable internet, for example because your work requires it, take a Starlink with you.Lorenzo, who is managing the property, was very nice and helpful.
