We are in the heart of Tuscany a few km. from San Gimignano and Gambassi Terme where it passes the famous Via Francigena, a place of pilgrimage in search of spectacular and unspoiled landscapes can visit the Franciscan convent of San Vivaldo with its chapels is called "Little Jerusalem".

In less than an hour you reach the art cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Arezzo.

The Medieval village of Certaldo, Boccaccio's birthplace where he lived and died at his home in Via Boccaccio, is 12 km away. of distance.

Nous avons passons de très bonnes vacances, l'appartement est bien situé... Proche de san Gimignano qui est un très joli village, proche de Sienne, Florence. Miria et Carlo nous ont très bien accueilli. Maison conforme à la description. Prévoir le nécessaire pour les moustiques car végétation proche de la location. Le seul petit bémol dans cette location est le matelas du lit 2 places qui pour moi est trop mou (ressort) Ne convient pas pour tous les dos... 😁.

Nettes kleines Haus in einer ruhigen Anlage mit tollem Pool! Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und geschmackvoll. Unkomplizierter netter Kontakt zu den besonders hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana Region. Zur Selbstversorgung und für Ausflüge ist allerdings ein Auto erforderlich. Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Teenagern wunderschöne 14 Tage!

L'endroit est très calme, sécurisé et idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région.Quant aux propriétaires Miria et Carlo, ils sont très accueillants, sympathiques et disponibles pour apporter une solution si vous avez un souci.Seul ennui: les moustiques! Armez-vous de lotions et crèmes anti-moustiques! Miria et Carlo sont très prévoyants: il y a des prises anti-moustiques dans chaque pièce et des bougies pour la terrasse.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Anlage wirkte etwas wie eine Geisterstadt. Wir waren in der letzten Augustwoche dort. Von 22 Häusern waren ca 5 belegt. 7 standen sogar total leer. Gesellschaft hatten wir daher keine, auch nie am Pool Fliegengitter an den Fenstern würden den Aufenthalt im Haus noch weiter verbessern. Danke an die lieben Vermieter.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Mirias Ferienhaus.

Miria und Ihr Feriernhaus sind sehr zu empfehlen. Am Anreisetag genügte eine kurze Mitteilung per E-Mail und Miria war mit Ihrem Sohn pünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt. Sie führte uns dann zum Ferienhaus, zeigte uns alles und erklärte uns anhand einer Karte, welche Orte sehenswert sind und wo zum Beispiel der nächste Supermarkt ist. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Ferienhaussiedlung ist sehr ruhig, wir hatten den Pool fast immer für uns allein. Alles hat perfekt geklappt, Miria kam sogar nach ein paar Tagen, und hat sich nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können einen Urlaub bei Miria mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Lotissement assez isolé, assez humide pour la saison mais habitation très agréable et tout correspondait bien à l’annonce du site en image et description. Accueil des propriétaires plus que formidable, une gentillesse extrême, à recommander... Nous y retournerons.

Super great house in good location!

I rented this little townhouse on short notice for a vacation with my 14 year old. I liked the pics and the description, and the location around San Gimignano was where we wanted to go. The house is exactly like on the pictures. Very tasteful, clean, and well equipped, with nothing missing. The weather in June played along nicely – Tuscany shining in wonderful sunlight. Since June is still pre-season, the complex was very quiet, with always plenty of space at the pool, whose picture here falls short of the reality. The landscaping surrounding it is beautiful, and the view across the rolling hills to the south-east is like a panoramic postcard. Distances from the house to local landmarks are short: 11km to Gambassi Terme and San Gimignano, about 17km to Certaldo with its wonderful oldtown, about 40km to Siena and 80km to Florence (recommend taking the train there from Certaldo, less stressful). Numerous good restaurants and shopping locations are available in a radius of about 12km. This would already be plenty for one or two weeks of an interesting and relaxing vacation, but our hosts also deserve a very special mention! Mr. and Mrs. Mocarini are from the area and have been renting their lovingly restored and equipped houses and apartments for a few years now. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality, generosity and helpfulness. We were provided with all necessary information on the house and the area upon arrival, and also met with our hosts a few times during the vacation. I very much hope to see them again soon ;-)

I love traveling, reading, art, music, and especially being with my three grandchildren.
