Good for pets except for the dogs next door. They barked any and every time we were outside. But that's not on you. As far as getting around to all the places I needed to go within Columbia. the location was very convenient. The house was clean and the house prep people were very talented and creative with the towels and stuff. We really didnt use the kitchen that much, but the two bedrooms served nicely for our work from home offices.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was exactly as advertised and the neighborhood was very quiet. I notice in some other reviews people mentioned the neighboring dogs but we had no issues at all with them. Our Son is stationed in Ft. This is a cute and very clean 2 bedroom house. The location was within 10 minutes of downtown and the soda city market on Saturday was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens & blankets. There were dogs next door that barked a little but nothing excessive. We would definitely stay here again.
