Rooms are set up suite style to give each group their own privacy. The front bedroom has a comfortable king size bed while the back bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, bottled purified water, two TVs, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the wrap around patio enjoying not only the view of ocean but also the mountain side and plaza park area below which hosts a lovely Saturday Market.

Plazamar is a privately owned and operated 33 unit condo complex located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. This unit is new to VRBO but not new to rentals and we are happy to share previous reviews! We also manage other units in the building.

The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. enjoy a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!

Once you visit, you will understand why there is no place else worth staying! The area that surrounds this condo is a true treasure of Mexico, nestled below the jungle hillsides with its cobblestone streets, picturesque beaches, and phenomenal views. As the city has grown, it has maintained its friendly personality and rustic feel, and you will always feel safe and welcomed.

Unfortunately, due to our strict HOA bylaws, no animals of any kind will be permitted to enter the property. You will be turned away at the front desk and not refunded.
