This unit was designed by my wife and I. It was done as a deep energy retrofit and has details as if we would live there. We are very proud of the end result.

This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood a short drive from downtown DC, Tyson's Corner, and Capital One complex. Local stores are in short walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This is a newly renovated unit constructed to luxury standards. The kitchen is custom german cabnetry, high-end woood flooring and tile, soundproofing throughout, rainfall shower, heated floors and full sized high-end appliances.
