House was very clean, pet friendly and perfectly accommodating for our concert at Emo. We were able to walk the short distance! Would highly recommend.

The pictures make the home look better than what it actually is. The A/C wasn’t cooling well so our stay was uncomfortable, also only 1 parking spot was available so be mindful of that and the neighborhood was pretty sketchy too. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep at last minute it’ll be fine.

Communication was good. There wasn't lawn furniture. The floor in the house slopes. Left a few suggestions for the owner, he might be new to this. We had a good time in Austin.

The space was great for 2 people or for a family of 4. Lots of room. There was no toaster and when I messaged to ask about it was not answered. There was some coffee in a tin, salt and pepper but no sugar. No dishwasher pods to run a cycle. All around mixed experience. Host did not answer questions sent during our stay. Location was good for Emos events but not convenient if you dont have a car.

All false advertising at this house. Floor is not level; one side of house is a few inches lower than the other. Filthy - ceiling fans were coated in dust, dirty linens/clothes were in the closets and on bathroom floor. Felt like were were going to get bedbugs if we stayed. The neighborhood looked unsafe. Only one parking space, not more as they advertised. No Keurig as advertised. We refused to stay here. Never got our money back.
