The location & availability of a boat slip were the primary reasons this property was selected. The unit is old & needs updates, which was expected based on previous stays at a nearby/similar property...but the unit was not cleaned well. Mold in the shower, coffee pot had molded filter/coffee still in it, & a very run-down/not maintained feel about the place. I would stay here again, but please make some improvements & have it cleaned better in the future.
