Our stay began fine but on our 2nd night, while we were out, a fire erupted in one of the condominium’s causing the sprinkler system to flood several condominiums including mine. Several newly purchased items were totally ruined having to be discarded, water was throughout the flooring as we returned to our wide open condo (which was locked upon me leaving). Total ruining of our vacation due to this incident.

My happy place!

This is the 2nd time my husband & I have stayed at this particular condo and in this particular unit. We love the convenience of being right by the door on the ground floor. My husband has health issues so this is very helpful for us. The unit is clean and well furnished. Balcony doesn't catch as much of a breeze as higher floors might but I'll still take it! Unit meets all our needs. It can be loud since the elevators are right outside our door, but at night we shut the bedroom door and don't hear the noise from outside our door. Furnishings on the balcony are very nice too. Nice walk in shower. Love the easy access to the pool and beach. This is our first time booking with Beachball but it won't be our last. They saved us some money and were very easy to work with. Can't wait until next time!

Very Disappointing

This unit is very musty, filled with gnats, and today we killed a cockroach! Not being allowed to change the AC per rules, no air flow whatsoever! We had to go out and purchase a fan in order to sleep in the front bedroom. For the price that I payed it definitely wasn't worth it and would not recommend to anyone. Outside on balcony is filled with fruit flies.

It's an older unit that needs a little TLC. There is a musty smell when you walk in. The unit is next to the entry door and elavator so there was constant noise.

We love Orange Beach

Beach was pretty and clean. The Wharf was nice. Pool and beach are within steps. We had great weather. There was a beach umbrella and 3 chairs in the closet. That was great as we didn't have to rent one. Kitchen well stocked. Roomy balcony and condo.
