You'll have plenty of room in this spacious 1200 square foot condo. There's a king sized bed in the Master and two full sized bed in the second bedroom. And, there are smart televisions in both bedrooms! There's a washer and dryer for your convenience and a fully stocked kitchen for your use including a new KEURIG, shiplap walls, a new subway backsplash and new appliances! And, for your viewing pleasure, there's a 65" flat screen television in the living room for movie night!

You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. And, your kids will enjoy the beautiful pool, building sand castles at the beach and an adventurous crab hunt every night!!

Perfect location, centrally located, easy 3rd floor makes using the stairs just as convenient as the elevator, which is just outside of the unit door. Plenty of parking without having to comb levels of a large parking garage. The lower profile of the building makes it feel more laidback without all the fuss of a large and fancy resort. Lovely interior with very comfortable beds, nice decor, really appreciated the closet full of beach items to borrow (chairs, cooler, umbrella, mats, flashlights for nighttime), TV’s in the bedrooms for relaxing at the end of the day (huge one in the living room), perfect patio overlooking the dolphin playing in the Gulf every day I was there, easy access onto the beach with 2 boardwalks w/showers and a hose. Quick walk down the beach for a snack and drink at CoastAL. Management was fantastic and so friendly before arriving, and followed up the morning after arriving to make sure everything was alright. Easy drive from Pensacola airport. Will stay right here again, no doubt about it!

We enjoyed staying at the Breakers during this trip to the beach. The check in process was very clear and communication was great! It is in a perfect location right on the beach but moments away from all the action/restaurants/grocery stores. The kids loved the pool and the grassy area to play with other kids staying at the condo. There were no issues with the condo; everything was just as described! We will love to stay here again next year!!

This was the best location, right on the beach. The condo was so clean and well managed. The view of the beach from the master bedroom and living room was spectacular. Loved having the chair umbrella rental, we just walked out to the beach and sat. Saw dolphins swimming in the mornings and the kids enjoyed the pool at night. Our teen girls had a great time. We didn’t want to leave.
