Room was clean and modern and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The condo facility itself doesn’t have much and looks outdated at places (the pool is eh, the breezeways are extremely tight) but the room itself was perfect for us.

My husband and I are veterans to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores VRBO rentals for 10 yrs. This location is centrally for shopping, restaurants and has an excellent beach view all with good parking. The Host office were very good to answer all our questions and clear on all communication when booking. However, upon arriving the condo was not as newly renovated as stated on the VRBO website. It was very dusty on the white tables and baseboards. It is currently well past due for good carpet shampoos, furniture cushions were dirty and bathroom fixtures and plumbing repairs are needed. We were disappointed to find the "newly renovated " condo not so. I did politely bring the condition of the condo to the property managers and hopefully the condition of this condo will be improved before Fall is over.

Perfect location, centrally located, easy 3rd floor makes using the stairs just as convenient as the elevator, which is just outside of the unit door. Plenty of parking without having to comb levels of a large parking garage. The lower profile of the building makes it feel more laidback without all the fuss of a large and fancy resort. Lovely interior with very comfortable beds, nice decor, really appreciated the closet full of beach items to borrow (chairs, cooler, umbrella, mats, flashlights for nighttime), TV’s in the bedrooms for relaxing at the end of the day (huge one in the living room), perfect patio overlooking the dolphin playing in the Gulf every day I was there, easy access onto the beach with 2 boardwalks w/showers and a hose. Quick walk down the beach for a snack and drink at CoastAL. Management was fantastic and so friendly before arriving, and followed up the morning after arriving to make sure everything was alright. Easy drive from Pensacola airport. Will stay right here again, no doubt about it!
