Verde magnífico Pensión

I think this is a little unfair! Angie was happy in the daytime and then sent antagonistic emails at night time on a broad range of subjects. At first, I offered an alternative home thinking she was unhappy but she said she was enjoying this sweet guesthouse. Yes, it was a hot summer and there were many mosquitoes and ants this year but this home has no bug problem. We have an exterminator as well. I check the homes we rent to be sure they are clean and this bathroom was completely clean when Angie and her partner arrived and she emailed a confirmation, but 3 weeks later she told me it was dirty. You do need to keep cleaning a home with 2 guests. Although we leave starter cleaning supplies, for a stay of a few months, you will probably have to buy more and do some cleaning. We can also arrange additional cleaning but not at our expense. This is all explained in the arrival instructions. There was a hot plate that stopped working and when Angie told me, we were pleased to replace it the same day. When I arranged for the handyman to come and stop the slight movement in the toilet base, Angie decided to go out at the time she had requested. Honestly, we do our very best and charge competitive rates but I guess you cannot please everyone.
