Great stay very close to the beach

I really enjoyed my stay and the host was incredible kind and thoughtful. The beaches were amazing including the dog friendly beach just a few blocks away. The house was comfortable and clean!

Easy Walk To Beach.

Overall the place was fairly neat and functional. But, the kitchen could have been cleaner. We arrived to crumbs on the counter and one very dirty griddle stored in the oven. But there's a working dishwasher. We did have to fight an army of small ants in the kitchen for the entire week/ stay. These things can and should have been easily addressed beforehand, and it was a bit unfair that we needed to deal with that, particularly given additional, expensive fees charged by the owner and VRBO which we had to pay for cleaning and other non sense. Gas grill tank was empty. Entry doors and one interior one and a kitchen cabinet were in need of some minor repairs.

Just spent the weekend at this adorable little cottage. Perfect size for 6 adults. The location to the beach and town was wonderful. Dionne was a pleasure to work with.

So close to the beach!

This property was so close to the beach - a quick walk of about 3 blocks. Close to two entrances. The beach is wonderful. It was great having two parking spaces, and so nice to have 3 BR and 2 baths. Good AC, good appliances. Beds were comfortable. We didn't do really any cooking. Nice TVs - including one in the main bedroom. Everything worked well. The property is a tad on the tired side, and it's definitely a little tight for a longer stay. But the proximity to the beach outweighs everything!

We had a wonderful time here! FANTASTIC location and super cute house (especially the backyard!). The only tiny thing missing were a few basics like hand soap and salt/pepper, but we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

Every time I stay here, I wish that it were mine and that I could stay forever! The house is adorable, comfortable, peaceful and has all the comforts of home. The landlord is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Weekend Away

We had a wonderful time at Dionne's property! The place was extremely clean, close to everything and contained everything we needed all weekend long. We ran into an issue with the heat and hot water not working however Dionne had someone there within the hour to fix the issue. Thank you for a great weekend! We'll definitely be looking to book again!

We had a fabulous week! This home is perfect. It's cozy with everything you could want. So close to the beach and a quick drive to point pleasant and restaurants! Dionne is always quick to respond and help with anything. Can't wait for next year...we will be back!!

Amazing summer getaway, as always!!

We have stayed in Dionne’s house during previous summers. The location of her home is perfect! We were steps from the creek, where we went paddle boarding as well as canoeing and swimming. The beach is a block away and in pristine condition. The waves and water temperature were delightful! We had sun all week, we really lucked out! Dionne’s home is equipped with everything needed for a vacation. We prepared our own meals and found everything with ease. A big favorite of ours is the private outdoor shower! A big plus as well is having two full bathrooms and being pet friendly! We will definitely be back next summer, thanks again for your great hospitality!! :)

FAVORITE MANASQUAN RENTAL

This was my 4th time staying here and as always, I enjoyed the stay. The house is cozy and clean and feels like home. Great location, within minutes from the beach! I will always try to stay here when in Manasquan.........

Perfect Week

This was our second year staying at Dionne's and it was just as fabulous as the first year! The house was clean and perfectly suited for our family. The proximity to the beach and dog cove can't be beat. Just a few minutes away are all great restaurants - love Surf Taco, and of course a night at the boardwalk. We felt right at home and the week flew. Manasquan and Dionne's beach cottage are the perfect ending to our summer.

Fabulous Vacation!!! :)

Truly a perfect beach cottage. So close to the beach and a short walk to the doggie cove. Decor and amenities are perfect for our family. The town is close and has cute shops and restaurants. Manasquan is a Jersey Shore treasure and this house is a gem! Definitely would go back!

Amazing beach house

My husband and I stayed at Dionne's beach house this summer. We had a wonderful time--one of our best vacations ever. Dionne was friendly and helpful to work with. The house has been newly renovated after Hurricane Sandy and is very clean with all new appliances and hardwood floors. The Manasquan dog beach is down the street, Point Pleasant boardwalk is a short ride away, and downtown Manasquan is very quaint with plenty of places to eat. I recommend the Main Scoop for delicious ice cream. I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.

Beautiful house

A group of my girl friends and I stayed here for the month of July. The house was perfect, it had literally everything we could have asked for (including but not limited to a washer/dryer, dishwasher and grill). It was decorated beautifully and Dionne was extremely accommodating with any requests/questions we had. Also perfect location - about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and still very private. I don't have enough good things to say about this house and would absolutely rent it again.

Beautiful Beach Home

This property is a beautifully updated / renovated house in Manasquan NJ that is extremely close to the beach and downtown. My husband and I rented the home a couples weeks after Labor Day it wasn't busy, which was great. It was very relaxing and we had some great weather. The house is very private while still pretty close to neighbors that were very nice. The kitchen and appliances were perfect and It was great having a washer and drier! I highly recommend renting this home and I hope we can do this every year!

Great Vacation

This home is a wonderful place to spend a family beach vacation. The owner was so helpful and quickly responded to any questions. The house is a convenient walk to the beach. It was clean and included all the amenities of home. There are plenty of restaurants in Manasquan and the surrounding towns. I would recommend this rental to others.

Really close to beach

Newly remodeled (after Sandy) lower level of two story cottage. Great kitchen open plan and bath. Upper level by winding staircase very beachy with large master and bath. Cozy home with all the amenities. Homeowner very helpful! Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping and fishing. Pet friendly.

Nice Cottage

This cottage was great. It's only a block from the beach and has two bathrooms which was great. When we arrived the place was nice and clean and had some necessities towels, soap etc... Most cottages do not have them available. This place has a washer & dryer. We were nervous that the beach was not going to be ready but it was and the owner had sent me pictures before we arrived. We were not disappointed Manasquan did a great job restoring the beach. We will hopefully rent next year too.

Great beach home!

This home was re-done after Storm Sandy and was beautiful! Brand new appliances, hardwood floors, and very clean. Dionne was wonderful to work with and the house is very inviting and has all you could need. It's a block to the beach and a short walk to Main St. We had a great time staying here and would recommend this house to anyone!
