New 3-bedroom house located in Waterside, Lakewood Ranch!

This new 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Sarasota. Each bedroom features a comfortable king bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, and one with a bathtub. Enjoy the lanai out the rear of the home with a nice area to relax after a great day at the pool! Also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. All linens and towels are provided as well as pool toys! We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
