Welcome to our cute, spacious, sun filled and newly renovated Beach Villa. A Happy place for sandy feet, friends, and family. The Villa is located 1 block away from world famous Lido Beach, a 7 min walk to St Armand's Circle, and a short 3 mile drive to grocery shopping & the excitement of downtown Sarasota. The 2 bdr villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and features a private outdoor patio, spacious dining area, in-unit washer/dryer & dedicated parking. Come enjoy a taste of paradise!

FREE open air trolley service The Bay Runner available from 8am till midnight 7 days week. Closest stop to the villa - Lido Beach/Jonh Ringling Blvd/Ben Fr Dr will take you all way to downtown Sarasota! See route map in the listing photos.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Let us know about of any damages, stains or issues.
Return AC to cool at 75 F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation No parties No shoes in the house No loud activity after 10pm out of respect for neighbors
Note that there are motion-activated external security cameras at the front porch and back door for security, verification of check in/out, etc.
Please do not set air conditioning temperature below 72F for a lengthy period of time as it will freeze the unit and it will stop working.

We went down there for a wedding. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a great visit. The beds were both comfy. The place was clean and had additional things which came in helpful. When my dress had a mishap there was a sewing kit in the bathroom available to repair The dress. There was also additional suntan lotion and different soaps if we didn’t want to use the soap available in the shower. We enjoyed our stay overall would love to come back and stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great stay for my wife and me. Location is 5 minute walk from beach and ten minutes from St Armand. House would easily fit additional couple or family as long as a single bathroom is not an issue. House does have some specific rules you should be aware of including a/c no lower than 72. Would book again.

Excellent and roomy standalone...walk to the Restuarant and shop hub. Beach 2 blocks away with everything you need for the beach included.Highly recommend this getaway!

We have stayed in the cottage several times and we have always enjoyed our stay. The place is located in a perfect area because it is walking distance of the circle along with the beach. The owners were easy to communicate and welcomed us back each time. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived.

The location of this property is excellent! It is walking distance to the beach. The beach is beautiful! It was also very close to Armand Circle where you can find many shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was excellent! They were very attentive and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The home is comfortable for a small family. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely like to return in the future.
