Why they chose this property

I grew up in Austin, and as an adult I lived in numerous Austin neighborhoods, and concluded the Eastside near downtown is the best area.
Large old Oak, Pecan, and Elm trees everywhere, friendly people, surrounded by locally owned businesses, and an abundance of public transportation.

What makes this property unique

Location. Spacious inside and out. All the windows provide a pleasant view of trees which is such a nice treat in an urban area. Lots of squirrels, birds, and even owls. A wonderful retreat only 1 mile from the Austin Capitol. 10 minutes to the Austin Airport, 15 minute bike ride to Lady Bird Lake, low cost Uber to Downtown Austin, walk a couple blocks to the best coffee shops, food venues, and more.
