The house was in great shape and all appliances were up to date. It is a lovely living space in a great neighborhood. The host was great and even messaged about lost items and is helping with getting them back to me. All in all a great stay and would happily stay again!

You won’t regret it!

Spent Thanksgiving week here with a family group of 7, fabulous host, accessible & super helpful. House was immaculate, huge kitchen felt new. Located a block from the canal which was lavishly decorated for the holidays & walking distance to the beach and kayaking. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO props, love this one

I travel with my family to California about once per year. This is definitely our favorite rental property ever. Clearly the house had been remodeled recently and they did a great job! The house was beautiful and spacious, clean and very well stocked. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

Chill family vacay in immaculate new home. 5 STARS

We arrived early from East Coast to visit family in Long Beach/ LA and the owner kindly offered early check-in. In fact, the owners were endlessly helpful and responsive-even to the point of researching where the blankets we enjoyed on the comfortable beds were purchased! Quiet street, and freshly-remodeled home with room for our 3 adult children plus us in the master suite. We enjoyed the short walk to some very good restaurants but also hosted a low-key dinner/game night for additional friends in the area. Whole Foods market and other upscale shopping just a 5 minute drive (or a very breezy 12 minute walk) over the marina. The house is not extravagant...but it is immaculate and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable. The most enormous TV I have ever enjoyed using! The house is completely equipped--even beach towels! We used the grill and soaked up the sun on both the back and front patios. In the evenings, we walked around the canal and admired the other beautiful homes. It was a super easy drive to a day in Laguna Beach. I highly recommend this listing and we would certainly choose this location again for ease of access to Long Beach and other areas.

The house was so clean when we arrived, which is a huge thing for my family and I. The house is as described. Parking was easily found right in front of the property. The upstairs bedrooms did get a little warm at night. But overall, I’d stay at this location again. I would recommend a highchair and a gate for the stairs, especially if you bring children. Otherwise, we had everything you could want or need. Sharron was a joy to work with!

This place is perfect for families. They have all kinds of extra stuff to relieve the stress of a trip with young children. From toys to beach gear to house essentials this place has it all. It even has a ON DEMAND water heater so all 8 of us never had to wait for warm water. Host was very responsive and thorough. If you see this place available I recommend you book it immediately. The neighborhood is quiet and all the neighbors were very nice. We will definitely be back.

The property was well maintained, and had everything you could possibly need for a family vacation. Even a wagon for the quick walk to the beach with all of your gear! The entire home had modern amenities, and we enjoyed home cooked meals. The property was walking distance to many great restaurants as well. We will be back to visit again. The hosts were excellent with communication, and were ready to assist with any questions or concerns that we may have had. The trip was seamless.
