Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located entire condo in the heart of the Sacramento Downtown/Midtown District. Enjoy being minutes away from State Capitol, Golden One Center, and UC Davis Hospital, Sacramento State College and freeways. Free parking and on site Laundry Room. A sports park is right across the street, free parking, free laundry. Enjoy Midtowns hip and unique vibe with a walk down the tree lined street and the American River and many Bike trail close by. The home is a beautifully remodeled 4-plex in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. I live in one of the units and the other 3 units are all rented out to guests requiring short term rentals. All stays are greater than 31 days per city ordinance and average between 3-6 months. This set up attracts business professionals seeking accommodations that feel like home while they travel for business.
