Hermosa casa con 2 dormitorios, el dormitorio uno tiene una cama king y un conjunto de literas (puerta corredera de granero que separa las literas de la cama king), y el dormitorio 2 tiene una cama queen. El salón también tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen si es necesario. Hay mesas para 14 en cocina / comedor. La casa tiene un garaje para 2 automóviles con calefacción, así como una bonita terraza en la parte de atrás con una piscina climatizada sobre la superficie (abierta desde el Día de los Caídos hasta el Día del Trabajo). Por las noches se puede relajar en el fogón con los sonidos de un arroyo babbling de la fuente de agua justo al lado. A pesar de que la casa está cerca de numerosas atracciones, también es privado y aislado. Nuestra semana de alquiler de 7 días en el verano es de sábado a sábado con el check in después de las 5:00 pm y check out a las 11:00 a. metro.

Best place to stay!

Furnace lake overlook was amazing So clean, had everything we needed and more. The heated pool overlooking the lale was amazing and a wonderful place to relax after a day seeing the sites. Danielle was amazing and checked in with us to see if we were comfortable. We will definitley be back!

Our stay at Furnace Overlook was fabulous! Location couldn’t have been better for Pictured Rocks and Munising restaurants and shops. One highlight of Furnace Overlook was coming back after a long day exploring to the refreshing and relaxing pool and look out over the lake. The pool was very clean and well maintained. On top of all this, great hosts who made sure we knew about all of the amenities to make our stay the best it could be! I hope to stay again!

Great location and responsive host

Very accommodating host and wonderful location. It was tucked back from the main road which was a relief since we traveled with our dogs. Def was chillier weather than I was hoping for so but we certainly didn’t let it stop us!

10/10 Highly recommend this property. The home is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The trail system is within a minute-which was key for us. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the deck and the view of Furnace Lake. We were a little late in the year to enjoy the pool but it looks great... we will have to adjust our visit next time! We enjoyed the fire pit and adorable garden. Great communication with Danielle! GREAT place!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Furnace Lake Overlook. We particularly enjoyed the outdoors, as there was plenty of property for the kids to enjoy, a beautiful view of Furnace Lake and cozy spaces where to sit outside. The host was superb and proactive, and provided us with the baby items we needed. The location is excellent!

Fabulous location and great hosts

My family of four had a great time hiking every day and swimming for hours when we got back to the house. The pool was very clean and warm even on cooler days. The house was perfectly set up for us and the hosts very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in the UP

This is a fantastic vacation house in the UP. Close to trails, Lake Superior and all the UP has to offer. The house is so comfortable for families and has everything you need. The pool is a huge plus ! We can’t wait to book again! Thank you Danielle for being a great host!

I met my husband Kevin on a "girls" snowmobile trip in February of 2011. I was visiting from Byron in the lower peninsula and he has lived in the Munising area for most of his life. We got to know each other and fell in love via technology (Facebook and phone calls/texting). We were married on Grand Island in July 2012. After living after apart for the first 11 years of our relationship, I was finally able to move up here in March 2022. We love living near all of our properties and being able to work together to give our guests the personal attention and service they deserve. We love sharing this beautiful area with all who come to visit!

My husband Kevin and I bought this property under unusual circumstances. The previous homeowners had some damage done to home, and decided to sell instead of rebuild. Due to the fact that their driveway goes right through our business parking lot, we felt compelled to purchase. So the home was renovated and we opened as a vacation rental in July 2016 after purchasing in September 2015. As much as we would like to take credit for the master bath, that was all done by the previous owners and helped to make us fall in love with home and convince us to rebuild instead of demolish. We also loved the beautiful, peaceful view overlooking the lake. The firepit and waterfall area were also nicely done and we thought others may enjoy using them as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Some of the unique benefits to our vacation rental are that you have so much privacy (can hardly see a neighbor from the property) yet we are conveniently located being right on M-28 and so close to everything! Another wonderful benefit in the summer is that we are one of the only vacation rentals in the area where you have your own private, heated pool to use during your stay. Many guests think Lake Superior is a little chilly to swim in (we call it refreshing, lol!) so it is nice to be able to come home after a day of exploring to a nice, warm, heated pool :) For our winter time guests, our heated garage is a great convenience for working on snowmobiles (if needed) or to even just have them thaw out after a long day of riding so they are ready to go the next morning!
